Looks nice, but i didn't feel the initiative of a branch that tries to help. Do better if people come in asking for assistance, especially if your the only physical. Even the call drops each time you call the call center

I came to get help for my dad, and was told to call the 1800 number. What's the point of a location, if no one's willing to actually help? I remember when branches cared enough that they would even go out of their way to call for us, especially if we are not great with tech. My dad's old and genuinely needed help.
