Work for a company downtown and order catering from Balance regularly. They are the BEST. Everyone raves about the food whenever I order it. Mitch has always been amazing to work with. During Covid they would take individual orders and put names on them. Now we're back to buffet style and the food always arrives hot and is always delicious. He's so accommodating, saving me many times with last minute catering orders. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I've eaten in the restaurant, always a great experience there, as well.

Great place with decent prices. Kiosk software is clumsy but there are workarounds. Always ask tk try the tofu first. Many times it is not fresh and hard and dried out. Live their other items however.

We dined in and everything was so great! The food is fresh and flavorful. The boba tea is wonderful. Definitely a top favorite place to come and will be coming back.

Food is sooooo good and delicious! The reward program is amazing! Everyone who works there is so friendly and so kind. Emilee has visited our building several times and has been so helpful with all the choices of food. I have food restrictions and she has been so good about explaining my food options in a patient way! Restaurant is clean and bright. We make a point of coming every week because we love it!

Such an amazing healthy option. I had the opportunity to meet Emilee when she was doing some sampling in my building. Her love of Balance is so genuine, it really pulled me into trying it out, and I have not been disappointed. The bowls are super fresh, unique, and flavorful. Every team member is consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient. The dining area is bright and clean, and the atmosphere easy. Absolutely love the food and values that Balance is bringing back to the community.
