They did a good job but be prepared to be called dumb because you got into an accident that insurance already claimed you weren’t at fault for. I stopped in here with my son a month ago to get my son’s car fixed after somebody ran a red light and collided with my son’s car. The car is in my name and under my insurance. We tell the story about what happened to one of the employees (I believe it might’ve been the owner) and he laughs and puts his hand up by his mouth and whispers to me “I know how kids can be.” He thought my son wouldn’t be able to hear him whisper that to me but my son was literally right next to me. My son being respectful and professional doesn’t say nothing but once I left with him my son said he was very offended by that statement saying he pretty much called him dumb and I agree with my son. It was uncalled for the employee to say that statement. My son is 26 years old and has been in law enforcement for 5 years. I’m sure if this employee knew my son is a cop he wouldn’t have whispered that statement to me. Therefore I can only rate this place 3 stars. Great job with repairing the car, but the professionalism needs to be worked on.

It’s hard to find a trust worthy place to leave your car and feel like you are not being ripped off :)) but my experience here was such that I truly can say they will do what’s best for you and not over charge you for things!

Axelrod more than exceeded my expectations. Maria treated my wife and I like family and we can't say thank you enough! The team made my car look like new again and they stayed in touch with any updates to the timeline. I felt well informed from start to finish and again, I can't praise Marua enough for how she continued to exceed expectations and go the extra mile. If anyone is questioning what collision center to use, the answer should be Axelrod! I know I will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you again Maria and Axelrod!

I had an incredible experience at Axelrod Collision Center. My Tesla Model 3 was hit in a car accident and after the work was complete by Axelrod it looked completely brand new. Huge thank you to the whole staff and a special shoutout to Courtney and Maria for being super professional, extremely kind, and communicative throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this place and if I ever need additional work I know exactly where to go!

I had to bring in my Tesla model 3. Courtney is the best human being to ever exist! Not only did she constantly update me and communicate with me, but even after my car was fixed, she was always there for any questions I had. MAKE SURE you bring your vehicle, especially electric, to Axilrod.

There aren’t enough words to express how amazing this shop is. Not only was the communication clear and consistent, but they were efficient and the process was very easy to follow. Above all else, the people were just awesome!
I brought my vehicle in for repairs to my hood after being backed into by a cement truck (crazy I know) anyways, on my way to the shop, I witnessed a very traumatic accident that not only made me late for my drop off, but I was also very shaken up. From the time I walked in, Maria made sure that I was okay by having me sit down, giving me water and checking on me before jumping right into business and without treating me like I was an inconvenience because I arrived late. That spoke volumes to me. Just the entire experience with Maria and Aaron and their peers at the shop let me know that they truly care about the quality of their work and most importantly the customers they serve. I plan to return to this shop should I ever need it repaired again. Money cannot buy kindness and empathy and this place has plenty of it!! Thanking everyone at Axlerod for the best shop experience I've ever had. Hands down!!!
