GOOD AFTERNOON
EVERYTIME WE PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE THROUGH OUR PORTAL AND CLICK DELIVER IT GETS MARKED FOR PICK UP AND WE DONT RECEIVE THE PARTS. WE THEN HAVE TO CALL THE LOCAL BRANCH AND GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED THE NEXT DAY. THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE ON OUR END AND IF IT CONTINUES WE WILL USE NAPA INSTEAD. I HAVE CALLED THIS STORE TWICE TO RESOLVE THIS TODAY JUST TO BE PUT ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES.

Horrible store, they hired a bunch of kids with no adequate training, messed up my transaction 3 times, need manager co-sign on almost everything, no manager to be found. Finally tried to resolve the issue with assistant manager Matt, he had an attitude and walked off on me. Avoid this AutoZone!

Guy was rude went over there on my break from work to try to get my license plate light changed and he told me to watch a youtube video when that’s what they clearly get paid to do is help people

I had a chance to be service by Michael Johnson today and he was amazing! I was greeted in sufficient time, I asked questions and he was very knowledgeable. He assisted me at the register and made sure to walk me through how to use the ac recharge kit. I know nothing about cars and he didn’t let me leave until that cold air came out my vents and it’s the hottest day of the year so far! Definitely a 5 star employee!

Thanks to a very nice young man named Ethan. Came in and ask if someone could help check my transmission fluid , and without hesitation he offered to help me. So Thanks because the loser Advance Auto wouldn't help me or even look at my car even though Noone else was in the store. Will be a valid customer for life with Auto Zone

Complete lack of any basic automotive or customer service knowledge. Came in for a fuel tank gasket and kid wearing an inside-out jacket was less than helpful and looked on their own world. Customer next to me was also getting frustrated with a different worker who shared the same lack of knowledge/customer service.
Got the part from O'Reilly's in under a minute. Pathetic excuse of auto parts store.
