“Been here many times with several vehicles over the last 15 years. Had repairs as small as a tiny pipe patch welded in ($80) to a custom exhaust installed on a hot rod truck ($380). Every time, the price was at least 60% less than what other shops quoted. In the case of my honda civic, other shops were trying to sell me a $700 exhaust, while affordable told me all I needed was a small section repaired for about $100 including tax.
These guys do not BS their customers. If they can do it, they will do it quickly and for the best price. If they cannot do it, they will let you know.”

“I have it for a while now. I recently had an issue with my muffler on my 2005 accord. I had work done less than a year ago, but I heard some noise from my exhaust. I could not find my receipt but I Did pay with my credit card for the service that was done. I called to see if there was anything they could help me with and if I still had a warranty. I spoke with Chris and he took my information and was able to find The service that was done for my car. He assured me that he would call me back the information that I was asking about. A couple hours went by, and I thought that they forgot about me. But Chris did return my call, and assured me that I was still under warranty and that they would have no problem replacing whatever it was that needed to be replaced. I brought my car in, and they inspected it and found that it was the flex pipe. And even though they were not at fault for the damaged part. He explained to me what caused the problem, and still was happy to cover the warranty. I was very pleased as usual. And thank you again Chris for going above and beyond much appreciated. Great job, keep up the great work to Chris, and the rest off the crew at All star!!”

“I was expecting to spend $500 for the part I needed replaced when I walked in, and they were honest with the other diagnostics on my car and pricing with fixing everything. Every concern I had was addressed and they fixed everything that would allow my vehicle to pass an echeck to renew my tags. All on New Year’s Eve, I ended up paying less than half what I expected. Would definitely recommend this shop.”

“I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and when we took it for a test drive there seemed to be nothing wrong with it. However, on the long drive home, the brakes had a problem and felt like going over rumble strips. I called Omar (manager) and even though they couldn't have known there was a problem since nothing showed on the test drive, he said they would fix it at no charge. When another staff member said we may have to split the cost, Omar stated that he gave me his word and they would fix it at no charge. They changed the front brakes but it didn't fix the problem. So they changed the back brakes and it was fixed. I had to pay nothing and got new front and back brakes! Omar was GREAT! He was a man of his word! I greatly appreciate that there are people that still have integrity! Also, they worked with me on the payment, which was also appreciated.”

“I’m glad to know this shop! I’ve only lived in the area for a couple years, and have had varied experiences with mechanics. Recently a shop that was around the corner from my home did a really bad job on a front wheel bearing replacement, and because of the circumstances I started to look for another mechanic that actually takes pride in their work and is honest. Roger and his son were highly recommended by several people from the area (I live in Fairview park but work in Parma). They fixed the issue I was still having with my wheel bearings very quickly, and only charged for a bit of labor. They gave me a heads up that I would be needing new brakes soon, and they were exactly correct. I’m so glad that I had them to go to! They were able to get my car in for an estimate in about 1.5 business days, and had the work completed and ready to pick up at 11:30 the morning after dropping it off. They also replaced my serpentine belt that had been driving my neighbors crazy from noise, and completed an oil change. The price for everything was more than fair, and less than I expected. They definitely have a new and loyal customer in me, and I have joined the club of people that highly recommend them to others!”
