“I was able to get a good fare honest opinion about my vintage battery also was pointed in the direction of replacing it with the company that does vintage batteries for my car they charged me only $10 to do a complete check of my battery and recharging it to see if it would hold and it did not so we got a new one so keep up the good work we were recommended to Kirk's battery from Al's service in Parma.”

He always gets your ok before working on the vehicle and let's you know if he can do something or not, if not, knows many reputable people to go to! Very good for women often mistreated by mechanics shops, he will explain stuff to you, his staff are very knowledgeable. Lori (and when Robin was there) are very good in customer service and operations management”

“Super work, great price, trustworthy. I had a 2008 white pearl Santa Fe, and someone hit my right passenger door. Mr. Wall (a no-nonsense down to earth gentleman) looked it over, and gave me a great price and timing. This was in 2012. All the work was done on schedule, and the paint match was stunning given he had to match paint that was a factory color but had faded a bit after 4 years. My wife and I could never spot a difference in color, whether bright daylight, under garage lights, or on a cloudy day.”
