I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and when we took it for a test drive there seemed to be nothing wrong with it. However, on the long drive home, the brakes had a problem and felt like going over rumble strips. I called Omar (manager) and even though they couldn't have known there was a problem since nothing showed on the test drive, he said they would fix it at no charge. When another staff member said we may have to split the cost, Omar stated that he gave me his word and they would fix it at no charge. They changed the front brakes but it didn't fix the problem. So they changed the back brakes and it was fixed. I had to pay nothing and got new front and back brakes! Omar was GREAT! He was a man of his word! I greatly appreciate that there are people that still have integrity! Also, they worked with me on the payment, which was also appreciated.

I couldn’t recommend them enough. I found the perfect car for our teenage son online. Communicated with Omar prior to going in. He had everything ready when we got there. We worked with Josh to test drive and sign paperwork. Everything was seamless and never had an easier transaction. Great place and great team.

Awesome guys there I bought my 1st Vehicle their dog it to the ground it lasted Me 3 to 4 years until I have to replace my transmission so since I have to replace the transmission I went there a second time and got another vehicle now im back riding in Style thanks Josh

Highly recommended! I recently purchased a Lexus RX 350 from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The car is absolutely amazing and offered at the best price compared to other dealerships. The deal was so good that I drove all the way from Michigan to Ohio, and it was totally worth it!
The staff I interacted with, Josh, Naser, and Omar, were exceptionally hospitable, honest, and helpful. They allowed me to thoroughly inspect the car, including a test drive in the city and on the highway, and even let me take it to my personal mechanic.
Josh, who sold me the car, was incredibly helpful and flexible. I wanted to finance the car through a loan from my bank, but initially, there were some issues connecting with my bank. Josh was very patient and went above and beyond, waiting longer than expected on a Saturday to help me finalize the payment. This allowed me to drive back to Michigan the same day with my new car, saving me another trip to Ohio. On top of that, he gave me a very generous discount.
Overall, I believe this is one of the best dealerships in the Midwest. They offer the best cars at great prices and quality. The personnel are respectful, trustworthy, and truly dedicated to making the car buying experience as smooth and pleasant as possible.
