I've been coming to the Crile building for the better part of 6 or so months now. They've always been nice to me and they treat me well for all of my appointments.Well done Cleveland Clinic.

Valet parking was horrendous. Couldnt get anybody to answer questions or help. Lady who brought my car back ran for the door while calling my number, this is a medical building, why would you make people who are there with health issues chase you down? Went inside to try to find her and ended up at the valet desk. While they were trying to figure out where she went, she decided to repark my car. Finally got my car back and they had broken my Keychain that was a gift from somebody to me. Next time I will find somewhere else to park. Was absolutely not worth $10. Worst valet service I have every expeirenced. The two stars I gave were for everybody else who we encountered who were wonderful. Check in was a breeze and our Dr was fantastic. But our experience with the valet service tarnished the entire visit. They are the first and last people you see when visiting here, so their service should have been impeccable. It was NOT.

GPS to the Crile Building. The parking lot there is by permit only, so park in the garage across Carnegie Ave. You will pay a few dollars by credit card. The sky walk across to Crile is on the third level. After walking across the Crile Building is at the end to the right. Note: That is now the 2nd floor. Information people are there if you need help with directions. There is a cafeteria just beyond the elevators. Finding the doctor's office was really easy, tho the campus can be intimidating.

Extremely disappointed with my visit to Cleveland Clinic .I've been feeling sick for 10 years. My quality of life has been terrible.I've had local doctors tell me that Cleveland would be the solution. That they are the best of the best, and they would help me solve this decade long issue. I even had a doctor who has assured me that Cleveland would be my best option. And to put all my focus into getting in and getting there..which I did.Traveled all the way to Cleveland, Ohio and not a single test was done.No scheduled follow up.Spent a lot of money to travel to Ohio, find accommodations...even my dad took time off work, so I wouldn't have to travel alone .All to basically be told what my doctor in my home state did, was good enough.I feel really hopeless and just sad.Maybe I put to much hope into Cleveland. But I was quite surprised at the lack of care I felt here .

I have been to many Cleveland clinic buildings and appointments. This is by far the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. They have no awareness to preferred names and information that everyone can see on your chart. I was constantly deadnamed and misgendered multiple times by the receptionist at the desk and in the lab. Obviously when the rest of the facilities were training their people on how to deal with customers this place did not. I never felt so insulted of disgusted as here. Thankfully the doctor is the only one with a brain at this facility. Next time I am scheduled here, I will not be attending because clearly the moral and ethics that the Cleveland Clinic stands for are not applied at this facility.

The check in line moved fast and the wait time to see my doctor was minimal. The appointment lasted 15 minutes. The doctor did what was needed and out of the Crile Building and into the sun I went.

Some amazing doctors, That's for sure. Appointment line staff is always very kind and helpful. But otherwise, the general customer service and administrative staff at all of Cleveland Clinic is pretty terrible from a customer/patient standpoint. Hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone, even when given specific phone numbers and told to call with any questions etc. Terrible communication from literally anyone unless you are at an appointment. Sometimes when arriving at appointments, the doctors are so rushed that they barely have any time with us. Actually had to recently go to a location physically to get paperwork confirming surgery dates (which I was supposed to receive a week ago via my chart), and when I got there I was told that the surgery is going to be pushed back another month. I was not made aware of this until I actually went there in person because I was so frustrated about not getting any information through mychart, daily phone calls made by me (all ended in empty promises stating that i would get my information in mychart that day), etc. Billing department is always behind and seems to care less if billing & money handling is correctly done or not. Always getting billed incorrect amounts and taking hours and hours of my time to get it set straight. Appointments, weather mundane or even for important things like surgery due to a painful condition, get moved around and rescheduled on a whim with insufficient communication. Appointments get moved after I've already filed for sick days with work. I feel like I have to call off work for days and sit on hold, being transferred back and forth to different phone lines for hours only to be told esentially that whomever I'm on the phone with can't get me the clarification I'm looking for or otherwise can't help. The only way to get anything that resembles decent customer service is to make a video appointment with my actual doctor and wait for that. I don't know what the deal is. Are they understaffed? Not paying enough to get good employees? Just bad management? They seem extremely unorganized and understaffed. Even clueless at times. Causing me and my family lots of headaches with zero regard for us (besides from the actual doctors we see, which like I've said, are excellent and the only reason we still use Cleveland Clinic.) This all happens on a regular basis. I love my doctors but am extremely frustrated and fed up with all of the time wasted and constantly changing information. If you don't already use Cleveland Clinic, I would suggest using another hospital system altogether and avoiding the massive inconvenience and disrespect they cause for their customers at Cleveland Clinic.

I suffer from respiratory and allergy issues. Last April I had a bad sinus infection cold and my respiratory therapist was able to help me recover from this illness. The staff is very patient, empathetic and helpful towards me. I had a wonderful experience.

For the floor/department that I had to go to. Check in / registrations was quick and professional. Wait time to see your care staff was minimal.
