“I asked at security if I was able to view the building I was advised as long as I go through security check no problem.Such an impressive building which is still used as a court as well today. No charge for access but if your here take the time to go around it's worth the extra time.”

“This ATM has a lot going for it. Not only is it 24 hours (assuming you can get in the building through the doors near it, or through the convenience store down the long hall), but it is indoors, which is a big deal in the cold winter months. And if you are afraid of using ATMs in the city, this one is located eight next to a guard station for PNC. It only does 20s l, though, so it still has that limitation.”
