Beautiful store with friendly owner. However, my daughter wants to go back for something she saw, and we can't find store hours anywhere. No one answers the phone either. We went back just to see if it was open, and it wasn't.

Wow, was I impressed! Not that I would ever underestimate her, but Liz out-did herself on this one! Unique, amazing, and truly one-of-a-kind pieces that you won't find ANYwhere else but Bali are now right here in Willoughby, Ohio! Liz's love for the people and culture of Bali shines through each and every hand-picked piece in her collection...these pieces aren't manufactured, they are hand-made half-a-world away with not much more than what the earth itself provides and what the talent of its people create with it -- making each one a true labor of love with a history all its own...needless to say, I will most definitely be back

My wife's 40th birthday was coming up and I wanted to get her something different. Came across this store after dinner and found exactly what I was looking for. After looking at all the unique pieces, Eve, the designer/owner, helped me find the perfect necklace and earrings for my wife. I will be be returning in the future for gifts for all the ladies in my life.

We recently purchased jewelry from Artisan Gallery in Cleveland's Little Italy for my wife. The apparent owner, Eve, sold me earrings, a necklace, pendant and a bracelet off their shelf. She did lengthen the necklace for me but clearly told me that the other items could be exchanged. Since the earrings and pendant did not work well for my wife we brought them back for exchange and were told through an assistant, who consulted by phone with Eve (who is seldom there), that all were custom made specifically for me and no exchange was possible. This was either a case of very bad memory or records, or a blatant lie. Eve would not return any phone calls on the matter from me or my wife. This is a shop with nice jewelry but apparently with poor ownership that will not stand behind its promises or deal with problems once a sale is complete. The assistant in the shop, who clearly was afraid of Eve, offered no meaningful comment of any kind. Not sure what is going on here but shop at Artisan Gallery in Cleveland's Little Italy only at great risk of problems and aggravation after the sale should a need come up.
