We loved working with Ark. We went in looking for an engagement ring on short notice, and were able to buy and pick up the next day without having to skimp on quality. We can't wait to get our wedding rings here too!

Brought a watch in to have it examined to tighten one of the loose mechanics. The first thing the rep did was take the watch to the manager/owner. Without telling me the problem they say, “oh that’s probably not authentic”. When I ask again if it can be fixed, they basically dropped it face down on the counter with a total disregard for scratching it. There is zero respect here or professionalism. If you are looking for a repair Don’t waste your time, go to a place that will actually help you

Les is a genius! He created a custom design and made my wedding ring a few years ago. I went back yesterday and bought some diamond earrings. His prices are reasonable and the service is exceptional.

The 1st time I went to Les Keller was 40+ yes ago. I moved to Chicago & still brought stuff back for repairs. I'm now back in CLE, & there is NO place better. Besides the BEAUTIFUL jewelry & very reasonable prices, Les is a great guy. I HIGHLY recommend Arc Jewelers!

I believe we've been going to Ark for over 25 years. We started with Les when he had his place on Cedar Road. and we lived around the corner. We now live in Solon and continue to go to his store.Best prices. Quality, Quality, Quality. I gave him some pieces that we inherited and he came with a design for a beautiful new piece. Now our kids go there! I joke with my wife when she works hard or is irritated with me that I need to take her up to Ark for an important piece.

My mother gifted me her old wedding ring (my father is no longer with us) so this was very emotional for me. I wanted to find a way to wear it everyday, so I had it made into a necklace and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Les and his jewelers handled it with so much love and care...I couldn’t have asked for a better job for the quality and price! You guys are amazing!! Highly recommend this place!!!
