It's like a yard sale, but nicer. First come first served, items sold as is. For what it is, it was an amazing experience. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. We got a brand new chair that was a custom order reject because the client didn't end up liking it on delivery. Steep discount and loaded it up in our Forester and took it home that same day when brand new would have taken weeks. They do not provide delivery, just deals. You can hire independent delivery guys if you need to. Overall great experience. Will come back if we need anything else!

The Loft is outlet warehouse for Arhaus. Items come and go quickly so if you are looking for something in particular you may want to check back often. You can find tables 50%-70% off original prices. Highly recommend following their Instagram as they take photos to show what has been delivered recently!

Their movers didn’t even attempt to move a couch up a few flights of stairs. A few friends were able to get it up there fairly easily. They still owe us a refund for the pathetic moving services, and overall provided a terrible experience. Will never shop here again.

Terrible experience this week with a sectional sofa I purchased Monday, March 17th. Asked about the different coloring and was told it was the “lighting” in the store. Well, when it was delivered yesterday, it was not the lighting, rather gross, dirty yellow stains across the back of both pieces, all armrests and couple pillows. Plus, one of the seat cushions doesn’t fill in the whole sofa.
I called the store immediately and no answer so left a message. Called two more times later in the day and still no answer. Finally went to the store with one of the dirtiest pillows and was told I’m stuck with it when I asked about what could be done including cleaning. Spoke to the manager in charge as I left message earlier who said they were too busy to answer the phones let alone respond to messages left.
We’ve bought many pieces in the past here with a much better experience. Do better Arhaus!

Staff was super helpful and they have great deals on furniture, just make sure to double check the size of the couch/furniture before you make your payment.The tag and the sales person both said we were getting the 100” version of the couch we wanted, but got it delivered and it’s the 90” version.
