Staff was super helpful and they have great deals on furniture, just make sure to double check the size of the couch/furniture before you make your payment.The tag and the sales person both said we were getting the 100” version of the couch we wanted, but got it delivered and it’s the 90” version.

We had a great first experience shopping here. Every person that was working was friendly and helpful. They have really great deals on Arhaus furniture and my husband finally ended his search for a reclining chair that doesn't look like a reclining chair. We will definitely be back!

Our experience with Arhaus The Loft was everything g we hoped for! We found high quality furniture at affordable prices; knowledgeable people assisting us every step of the way, like Tom and Larissa. Because of The Loft, we have been able to do some remodeling and create a space that is beautiful and affordable.

Wasn't very busy and nobody said hello and offer to help... I like the quality of Arhaus furniture in their retail stores, although pricey. This place is hit and miss as finding what you are looking for.....

There are some good deals to be had when you can find them( Good deals in terms of Arhaus furniture at regular furniture store prices)The last several times I've been there, it's been slim pickings.

We purchased several of our furniture pieces here and have always had a good experience. The store has basically new/ floor items from other stores that are shipped from all over the country. The price is just unbeatable, especially in comparison to the actual MSRP. They will receive shipments of furniture most weekdays and often have up to 30% off sales. All the furniture pieces are sold as is and final sale (except for their chandeliers, which I think you may return if it’s not working). The staff are all super nice, and shout out to Will and JoAnn who are amazing!

We just had a dresser delivered from Arhaus Loft and the experience, from beginning to end, was very positive. Robert gave a call to let us know they would arrive soon. I did voice my concern regarding footwear since all of our carpet is very light in color. He politely offered to take their shoes off or possibly stop and buy protectors. Both men were considerate, responsive and of course professional. We could not have had a better delivery experience!

Bunch of unfriendly people work here. No one wants to approch you and sell. Great if you just want to look, but frustrating if you need help and have money to buy.
