Worked with Claudia and Josh. Excellent customer service. Quick replies and good pricing, better than online. Setup a time to try chairs in store and was able to demo a few chairs at my place. Overall excellent experience, definitely recommend.

Very unprofessional company. I received broken furniture. Andy was terrible, rude and unwilling to fix it. I highly recommend using a different company.

What an incredibly luxe office furniture showroom. This is one of the few places in Northeast Ohio where you can actually find Herman Miller chairs and try them out. My sister sits 10-12 hours daily for her job and so she sought these out to see which one is best for her. The shop is a little tricky to find. It is inside of an old warehouse near the lakeshore. The entrance is on the side of the building and when she called they did not really explain that part. But we managed and once inside had no issues. The staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about their products. She was able to get a grasp on what she wants and will be getting one soon.

Nice selection of office chairs, including the Herman Miller lines, sit on it, and others. Very professional and neat, but not really organized for display and no prices posted. Best if you call in advance to schedule an appointment. As far as I can tell, the prices are not discounted.
