So glad I came hear. I was in need of household items and linens as I had none. Was able to find almost everything I needed. Very thankful! God bless these people they have no idea how much they helped me and my kids.

Always helping everyone in the community and then some. Have great staff and anyone can usually find what they need outside the store for the public to go thru but to call and make an appointment to go inside they store and get other things is a plus.

This is a wonderful organization that is providing a much needed service in the neighborhood! They take donations of all kinds and are very appreciative when you drop off items. I highly suggest choosing to donate your clothes, household goods, toys, baby toys/clothes/accessories, food at the free store because you know that it will make a direct impact on the people that utilize their services.

Great place to shop for free and if you are in emergency need of clothing, sometimes they have food also although I wouldn't recommend some of it. Clothes from, mens, woman, kids and babies. You really have to dig to find something good but IT'S FREE so you can't expect to find items as you would if you were purchasing them. They even have household items sometimes such as sanitizer, feminine products, hair supply, oral supply etc .. appointments only even next day appointments but don't forget to bring bags and MASK. I am grateful for what I have found here for my family.

I referred a Client to this organization and she went in the cold to attend an appointment the staff scheduled and they were so rude to her that it left her frustrated and crying , she stated that they were so rude , I was embarssed for referring her .

The receptionist on the phone line when you trying to sign up is very pushy and rude. You call for information and she very loud and rushing you to sign up when it’s your first time calling for resources. They need somebody more welcoming answering they phone because she definitely scared me away with her rudeness.

Owner very rude, I'm new to the Cleveland area so I didn't expect this from a non profit organization. I understand there are rules, make an appointment, but there are nicer and way professional more ways to say things. I never made the appointment it's not that serious.

I really appreciate what Another Chance of Ohio does for the community. I bring clients here all the time, and they are never disappointed. The one thing I need to let people know is your GPS might take you to E. 65th and Harvard. That's not the area. It's across Bessemer. Make sure to put 44127 as the zip code. It's four houses down from Hyacinth Park (on Waterman St).
