    On Wednesday, November 27th, I sat on hold for about 25 minutes attempting to speak with someone. I am currently on hold, attempting to speak with someone, regarding my bill. I have been on hold for 33 minutes. I don't understand how this happens!

    Really hard to find, really slow website, but good service. Supposed to be right where DSW is on the map but it’s really behind the whole place.
