It's been 3 weeks since I'd ordered my contact lenses and I haven't heard from them. I'll stop there ( Steelyard) and I'll cancel my order and request a refund

Optometrist didn’t write the prescription clearly enough, which confused the sales person entering my order. He also didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. Took him 1/2 hour to enter order. When I left I saw that order was incorrect so I had to go back to have another person to re-enter order. That having been said everyone there was very nice and I finally got things straightened out.

My appointment was @12 and it took over 2 hours to get completed. Way to long for customers with a hectic schedule. On the bright side glasses were reasonable

My wife ordered glasses a week and a half ago, no one at the store or customer care can give her any information on the status of her order. Contacted customer care and was put on hold for 30 plus minutes only to have the rep say there was nothing she could but give me her supervisors voice mail. It rang over and over but never got to voice mail. Customer service at store level and customer care is nonexistent.

I usually go on golden gate but was in desperate need for an exam and glasses because I lost my contacts. They (Steeleyard) were able to get me scheduled the next day and provided excellent customer service. Latasha made me feel welcomed the moment I walked in and was very helpful with helping me understand the different lenses for glasses. Dewayne was very helpful assisting me with picking the best frames for my face. Robert, the manager was also very helpful with any other questions I had. I have not worn glasses in years so this is a transition for me. Thank you America’s Best for providing great service during my appointment on July 20th.

I ordered my contacts on May 11, 2023 at the Steelyard Location. It was going to take at least 3 weeks, and I was given the option to have mail to my house address or pick up at the store. I choose to pick up the store. Never got a phone call to let me my contacts are irrady for pickup. Called on June 26, to see status on my contacts and why I did not get a phone when the contacts was delivered. They had to put in an order. Call July 3, the contacts did not arrive yet, but the 0rder was done June 29, 2023. I went the store to pick up some trial samples, the lady at the desk was not very helpful or friendly. Called today 7/5/2923,the person who answered, claimed to look around and he cannot find it. At this point, I am upset, I've been patient, but this is ridiculous and ask to speak to the manager, but she/or he is busy with a customer and also told it is busy and she/or he will call me back when she is done. REALLY. I CALLED CUSTOMER COMPLAINT, I HAD ENOUGH. IF I CAN GIVE THIS LOCATION A NEGATIVE STAR, I WOULD. So if I did not call checking on my contact order, they would not have called me at all. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICES. AND IT TOOK CUSTOMER COMPLAINT CALLING THE STORE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. I've gone to a different location in the past with no issue, decided to try this one because it is closer to me. Never again, I am going back to the other location,

The best experience ever. The receptionist Danita got me checked in for my appointment and was very friendly. Davonte pretested me and answered any questions that I had, he was really helpful. Arriah assisted me in picking frames for my glasses and help me pick out the perfect pair. They all did such a wonderful job and I love my new glasses!

On hold for over 10 minutes on 5/11/2023. I hung up and called back, and the same male employee who left me ignored on hold answered the phone. The employee advised me that I should go to another America’s Best, that every coworker other than himself called off, and to schedule my appointment elsewhere. When I asked for a number to corporate, the male employee provides me with someone’s cell phone number instead.

They are super friendly, but the waiting time sucks, what's the point of making an appointment for an hour, if they will take 30 to 40 minutes after that time to see you.

I went to the Steelyard store in Cleveland to pick up my glasses and as soon as I arrived, the manager was all stressed and not friendly to me. I tried the glasses, but I was seeing better without them so the manager Robert just asked what I wanted to do. I spent 20 minutes with them trying to find out how to refund my money and they didn’t refund the exam. They didn’t help me at all. I left the store, the same way I came there, without nothing and -$60 for an exam poorly done. It didn’t help me or solved my problem. I recommend going somewhere else for the exam. Now I will have to spend more money to get this exam properly done

It took 2 HOURS to get a RX. I didn't even pick out glasses which I am guessing would have taken another 2. They overbook here with only 1 doctor. Everyone was very nice but their set up just doesn't value your time.

JUST WANTED TO SHARE THAT ALL OF THEM ARE AWESOMESAUCE AND WITH OUT DR. M I WOULD NOT FIND OUT I HAD A DIRTY LENS AND SHE GOT ME TOGETHER IF YOU WANNA SCORE SOME NICE GLASSES AFFORDABLE WITH FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND A GREAT OPTOMETRIST WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE CHECK THEM OUT

The staff there were helpful and cordial!!! When I wanted to exchange my glasses because I did not like the Transition lenses, the manager gave me no issues.

Robert was very helpful and friendly when I went to pick up my two-pair. My friend came with me, and previously got a pair 6 months ago was also helped. Glasses also came quicker than expected. Will be returning. ?
