Trucker directions, entrance for trucks is of E 40th st. between the beige buildings, its a tight alley way. YOU MUST BACK IN FROM STREET no room to turn a tractor trailer around if you pull in. When backing in, dock is off to the left, you can't see it from the road. Very tight lot with lots of debris and building materials. Average load times and gentleman on the phone was very nice and helpful when I called in for docking info.

Do not trust or buy anything from this company.
1. 2 month delayed shipping
2. When arrived sent wrong equipment
3. Waited 3 weeks for right equipment
4. Everything installed there were gaps in the box
5. Within first year compressor went bad. Both blower fans vent bad.
Spend more money but buy from elsewhere.

I cannot say enough about American Wholesale Refrigeration. They have been AMAZING to work with. I researched several companies for my walk in cooler & I am so glad I chose them. First off they were extremely quick in getting back to me with a quote. They gave me options for used panels or new (no other company did that).Nathan arrived to my job site and immediately started helping my framers who were having difficulty getting equipment in my door. He helped move a huge crate that wasn't part of his job before he even started unloading his truck. You NEVER see that! Nathan undeniably went above and beyond to make my experience nothing but perfect. He made three trips down from Cleveland and never complained once. I am beyond happy with my walk in cooler. I highly recommend you call them for a quote and please make sure you ask for Nathan. Everyone I worked with; Tina, Chuck & Nathan, they were all wonderful!!!!

This company is trash and so are the walk-ins they provide. There is no reason to trust their pictures or their salesman. I bought one. It seemed a smart buy with supply chain issues and I did not expect it to be much different from installing any other walk-in. I WAS WRONG! It was all mismatched. It didn’t ship with a thermometer, a handle, or anything to plug the holes where the hooks normally pull the walls together. Moreover, I had to spend A LOT of extra money to have the cooler installed as between, at least, 2 of the panels there was up to a 2-1/2” gap. Furthermore, when I asked them to send me everything I was missing I was promised expedited shipping and offered to pay for it. They REPEATEDLY said “no thank you” and sent it standard so I STILL DO THE HAVE THE PARTS I NEED TO PASS INSPECTION. Top this all off with it shipping with a “new” broken cooling unit and it cost me more to buy this box than to wait 20 weeks for a new one. Customer service has been decent in terms of communication, but it has yeilded no demonstrable results. Every day this past week, even though emails are sent early and calls timely placed, he has no idea what is going on. WORST EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE EVER. SAVE YOURSELF AND GO SOME PLACE ELSE OR SPEND THE EXTRA ON A NEW ONE.

Ordered used panels for large walk-in cooler and freezer. They built doors on the wrong sides and told me to deal with it. Bad customer service and product. Take your business elsewhere

Great customer sales and customer service team! Any issues that came up everyone was more than willing to help and get things resolved. The installation team was very knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. For our future cooler needs we will certainly be going with them!
