From start to finish everything was great. My reason for only 4 stars is due to all of the little added on fees. My $40.00 a day rental for 2 days was $125.00. (and I did return it with a full tank).

I could not have asked for a better experience. Every single person I encountered was friendly and extremely helpful. This was my 1st time using Alamo, but for sure won't be the last! I am looking forward to using them again in the future.

Our flights were delayed and we didn't get to lot until 0100. There were still people there working to assist the customers who had delayed flights. Thank you.
