We used Wilhelmy Flowers for our recent wedding. They did a fabulous job from start to finish. They captured exactly the look we wanted in both color and style. Louise and Beth are awesome, they took the time to ensure we had what we needed and the day of the wedding they personally set up the flowers for the ceremony, reception, bridal party etc. They went above and beyond.
We absolutely loved our flowers, it was one of my favorite parts of the wedding!

My husband bought me flowers from here for our 9th anniversary and they were alright. The flowers themselves were beautiful but together as a bouquet I feel they dropped the ball. The bouquet wasn't romantic at all. It was a hodge podge of flowers and colors and I just didn't feel the bouquet fit the occasion. Maybe I'm just a flower snob.

I called and asked for an arrangement for my Best Friends Moms wake. I asked if there was anyway they could add a little bird. The flowers were beyond beautiful. And in the arrangement was a white dove. The family loved the arrangement so much it was also used at the service . My friend took the white dove home . It meant so much to me that the bird was included. This was my first time using Wilhelmy and I will always use them now. Thank you for creating something so beautiful for the family.
Just used Wilhelmy flowers again for a wake of a close friend, who died young. I was having a really difficult time and was quite weepy. The woman on the phone that helped me on the phone was so patient and kind. I asked a lot of questions. The flowers were beyond Beautiful. I was so unsure what to put on the card. I kept writing it over and over before I called. She told me it was a Beautiful sentiment . She was beyond helpful in my darkest hour. Everyone loved the flowers.

Sorry, mom taught me that if I had nothing good to say, say nothing,,but I need to share. I ordered flowers on line for local delivery on a Wednesday, no show Wed no show Thursday so I called. They said no one was home, no one answered the phone and because of the heat, the driver returned them to the shop. Someone was home all day Wednesday and Thursday and no calls or visits. I might be wrong, but would the flowers have been delivered had I not called on Friday? Hope they solve their problem.

Me and my family ordered a floral flower arrangement for a birthday death anniversary and were charged 405 dollars for this arrangement. For the price we paid we expect way more flowers. And when question the customer service was rude and hostile. The two ladies became very combative and said your getting your moneys worth but this is not worth 405 dollars for certain. Poor customer service during an emotional important day to shameful.

I needed same day arrangement as I was heading to see my friend in hospice ? they were so accommodating and since I didn't know what I wanted or what I was talking about, they literally read my mind. They asked me the budget for the arrangement and when I told them, I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the arrangement. It only took about 15-20 minutes like they said it would and they had multiple cards to choose from to sign myself. I did not get a picture as I was concerned about my friend and wanted to go see her. Unfortunately she passed away ??? but I was able to see her and she shared her flowers with her family on Thanksgiving when she got to go home as her resting place. I love you Aunt Kim.

They did the flowers for my wedding and absolutely loved them!!!! My bouquet, stand flowers and the mums were so gorgeous. The mums especially were the talk of the wedding and everyone loved them. A big thank you to Mike and the team!!!

I had a great experience with Louise at Al Wilhelmy. I was recommended by a friend. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted and Louise helped me to narrow down my options. The final products were absolutely gorgeous! I ordered a bridal bouquet, 5 bridesmaids bouquets, 3 corsages and 3 boutonnieres - no deco. Overall, I wish I would've gotten to see what they were going to look like before my wedding day just in case I wanted to change anything (I didn't, I loved them but still). I thought the price was a little bit high but not outrageous or unreasonable. I would recommend Al Wilhelmy to anyone looking for live flowers.

I’m not typically the type person that leaves a bad review but their customer service and staff was beyond unacceptable and rude. My girlfriend went in this morning to pick up some flowers that we were going to give her mother for her birthday and the staff made her seem like she was a burden and seemed like they did not want to help us at all (I was on the phone with her and heard everything). We decided to not go back into the store due to the way that she was treated in there and how they seemed to not care for our business. From managing a retail location myself, I would never accept this type of behavior from my staff ever, especially if I was a small business like Al Wihelmy Flower Inc. and am very disappointed in the service we were given considering all of the other reviews I see on here.
