My furnace broke, and I was able to get a replacement motor from them. They had it in stock. They offer residential services to install the product. I am glad a friend recommended me to them. I will definitely go back to them for other services.

The name of this service was on my furnace. When our AC broke, I called them to ask if had any idea to fix. They sent out a service technician, who told me there was nothing they could do. They charged me $75 for the technician to come tell me the AC was broken. Then they sent out -- over a week later -- a sales person to tell me about my options to replace. Quote was for thousands of dollars more than any other quote I got from competitors.

I ordered a hard to find bathroom clothes chute from Air Rite Supply. They had exactly what I needed. It was delivered quickly and with exceptional care and concern for product. This company really goes above and beyond to please the customer!!

This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. We have an odd kind of furnace because we live in a manufactured home. We had terrible troubles replacing the furnace filters. Air Rite helped us solve the problems and finally got us set up with the right filters. Wonderful people wonderful company!

Fantastic. They were clean and courteous and very efficient. Had one minor glitch in the install and they were back immediately to fix the minor problem. Eric was sensational in explaining all, fixing all, installing all. Cant say enough great things about these guys. Maybe not the best known but an A++++ all the way around. Everything was done Just-Rite by these guys!

I recently called to ask a few questions about filter sizes, the lady who answered the call was very Nice but when I was transferred to a representative and another lady answered she was extremely Rude. Her name was Sharon or Sherrie, Please someone get her either more customer service training or remove her as a a customer rep. I'll hing up out of frustration, called back and was helped by a very nice gentleman named Charley I believe,. (great help).

Unprofessional rude staff that hangs up on callers. Also doesn't care that all their vendors block the entire road due to their out dated parking and truck dock. Not a good neighbor/community member. Even when called again to ask why they hung up, you get transferred and then hung up again.
