Had an old Sansui tape deck that wouldn't eject on either side. I called him and brought it in. He gave me an estimate date for repairs. As he had to order parts from overseas, it took a little over a month. He called to tell me it was fixed. When I went to get it, he plugged it in to show everything was correctly functioning again and the price for repairs was reasonable. Highly recommend!! I honestly don't understand all the negative reviews about his rudeness or demeanor. He was polite and professional to me the numerous times I spoke to him.Update: My Technics Amplifier went out and he fixed it up and it works great!! Will always come to him in the future!

Couldn’t wait to give ACCU Repair 5 stars. I brought a 30 year old Aiwa shelf stereo system to him with a broken cassette deck and CD player. He quoted me a price, took a deposit, and told me he’d have it fixed. True to his word, he fixed the stereo, did exactly what he said he was going to do for the quoted price. Now I have a 1993 Aiwa cassette/CD player operating like it’s straight out of the factory. The owner is very honest and down to business. Treated me with professionalism and respect and he gets the job done right and on time! He’s my go to now for TV / stereo repairs! Glad we have this locally owned business in town!

Called to ask a simple question and the person who answered was really rude very bad attitude as well.he told me 50 to check what it had but I told him what it had and he raised his voice at me just because said i said it was only my led lights that were bad? the call was so bad it didn’t even motivate me to take it to him!Rude person with a bad attitude!

My daughter called my Panasonic VCR-DVD combo a "broken fossil". I consider it "vintage", but it was broken. Ted at Accu-TV performed a resurrection! Parts were a little hard to find, but he came through. It works perfectly now. I brought it home to enjoy my original STAR WARS VHS tape. And the price was very reasonable.

(NOT REALLY A REVIEW)I recieved their number by the Official Samsung Company when I called them about my TV, ONLY asking if it's any Samsung Care available near me. They gave me the number to several places but this was first on the list, so I googled as people should do. From the reviews I read, it seemed like if I called and asked anything besides the store hours, I would of been treated like I was d*** for asking questions (soft assessment) of if it's possible for them to fix it and is it common problem with the newer models of Samsung TV's. I'm ignorant on getting things repaired from outside help because I usually fix things myself, if I can do it. Reading the reviews, it felt like I would of received a response that was sarcastic/unfavorable to me, for asking those questions over the phone (which from reading the reviews is something to never do and i wouldn't of know that if i didn't google). I would of loved to give you guys a chance and support my local business but it seemed like you guys would of been "stand off-ish" by me being (again) new-born ignorant to the process of getting something repaired, driving away new potential customers like myself. Seems like the actual work that's done on repairing A LOT of products is impeccable and fair priced. Wish the best for you guys, thanks for reading. I hope the process I told you of how I stumbled upon the repair store number will help you see it from those people who called perspective.

I had a plasma tv that was knocked out from an electrical surge the repair was relatively inexpensive, and timely. I also bought one of his TVs that was for sale.

I called ahead to ask if they serviced my specific device and the only response I could get was "bring it in and pay the repair deposit and then we'll talk". I asked my question multiple times and got the same response again and again. The man on the phone was very short with me and raised his voice with me after I asked if he could answer my question. I wouldn't let these guys even look at my radio after the way they treated me.

Honest and KnowledgeableWent in to see about getting an old amplifier working again. Ted checked the amp out, found it was working fine aside from a few burnt out lightbulbs. Gave me options to replace those if wanted. Which I declined. So, as far as actual repairs.. I cant honestly say from experience, but the man is experienced and knowledgeable. I will definitely bring my gear there again next time its malfunctioning.

Ted came out to me to help repair an old CRT tv that most places don't even bother with. He was professional, kind and most importantly he knew his stuff! Very knowledgeable with all old tech. Not to mention his service were adequately priced. I highly recommend his work.Also I'd like to take the time to address all these negative reviews of this business. To me, it looks to be from people who don't simply understand business. Todays world is hard enough on small business. Be more considerate of your actions and what you say as it could be alot more damaging that you may realize. And remember businesses is an agreement between 2 parties. There must be mutual respect from all involved.

This guy as a lot of people on his reviews say he is a bad person and don't do business with him well I'm here to say it's all LIES. This guy was honest and straight forward. He fixed my bluetooth speaker excellent and his price was fair. I highly recommend him for any video or audio.
