“Bought a couch with chaise from the W140th store. Ashley was awesome in assisting us, even price matched a slightly lower price. Setting up an appointment to pick it up was a breeze. We purchased the couch on Thursday. It was in stock and we picked it up Saturday. Pick up was quick and easy. We purchased the fabric protection but hoping we will never need to file a claim. “This Sam's Club is a distance from my house, but I choose to go there because I always have a great shopping experience. I always find a parking spot, and the store is always clean and well-stocked. The snack bar is always clean and the yogurt sundae is always delicious. The employees are friendly and helpful. They always have what I need at a great price. The other reviews are correct, there are never carts in the store, so I bring a few in with me and all is well. Great store!”
