I’ve always had a positive experience at this post office. Sometimes dropping things off would require a little bit of a wait but I never encountered any wait time over 10 minutes. Sometimes shipping supplies inventory is low but overall a decent post office.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Cleveland Heights mail delivery is terrible.
I signed up for Informed Delivery and I cannot tell you how often mail that were supposed to be delivered to me does not make it to my mailbox.
I have called the station and spoke with the station chief, all I get is attitude.
This is terrible.

I should have read the reviews before deciding to send out a package from here. They lost mines and now I’m out $132.00
It’s crazy how, after you put in your complaint about the post office, they have the same post office run the investigation. You mean to tell me that the same people who stole my package will help me in any way?

I wasn't even going to the post office. I was visiting my doctor's office at MetroHealth Cleveland heights at 11:25am on May 20th. The Cleveland heights post office driver was picking up or dropping off mail, was driving through the Metro parking lot like a bat out of hell. They almost hit my car while I was parking. I think they need some anger management training. Or some other type of training that you give to postal employees to keep them from going postal.

I have had numerous packages disappear!! I call the Cleveland Heights post office and they are always super rude and unhelpful. Your packages disappear and they never find them or try to accept responsibility… the worst post office on earth!! I believe they steal your packages here…the women who claim to be supervisors here are GHETTO MENTALITY TYPE! I’m not even sure how they have a job!!!

Everytime i put mail on hold it is never held I call they always say your carrier isn't working its a sub on your route like thats a legitimateexcuse subs are suppose to know how to read obviously they can't read HOLD MAIL then they tell you they will send someone out to pick it up but they fail to tell you it will not be until the next day or they won't pick it up but add to all the mail they already stuffed in the box so I just came home from vacation and all 12 days of my mail is in my box its not suppose to be delivered until 3/11 so I guess they won't deliver it tomorrow STUPID

If I could give zero I would,this subpar service is directly due to being overworked and underpaid. Some of the carriers think they are above the law.My packages come from all around the world without any interruptions or delays. When my packages come to the Cleveland distribution center the package is delayed for days after it left to the post office and on a few occasions lost.I ordered a laptop from QVC during their Christmas sale stayed home all day waiting on my laptop, around 7:00 p.m. I checked QVC to show the laptop was delivered at 6:15 pm I checked my door cam no mail carrier came to the door or was visible on the street.I contacted QVC to inform them I have video footage to prove I didn't receive the laptop. QVC called the post office to file a claim and the laptop appeared the next day. Because it appeared opened I sent the laptop back . I have ordered a new laptop every year either for myself or someone in my family while living in a different city with no problems. My bank statements mortgage papers never delivered. I have watched them destroy my neighbor's flower garden cutting though their yard they won't trample through flower gardens with the mega mansion.I declined a job offer from USPS 20 years ago because I knew I wouldn't be able to walk and carry a bag of mail every day for 20 years. I don't like reading my own mail ,I knew right away this would not be a good fit for me. It takes a special person to sort mail everyday and meet deadlines on time and deal with the public.Someone need to shut that office down and start with a whole new group or retrain the current staff.Their subpar services is opening doors for new state of the art mail services.Help is on the way, the UPS Store and virtual mail services will reduce jobs for the USPS in the future.I now have a virtual mail service and when I need a package I use any UPS store address. Don't mind paying a couple of dollars to get my packages on time and not damaged.Running a business time is money and you can't be dealing with no ragtag mail service operation for added stress to your business.

Is there a reason that mail delivery has to get wet? All the postal worker has to do is fold down the flap on the outside mailbox at the home.

Went to get my kids passports done at the shaker post office first and the lady was SUPER rude (one of those people to seem to just hate their job but keep showing up) to the point we left . Made a appointment here and the young lady who helped us with our passport was super patient , helpful and friendly!
