I appreciate this whole crew! Sheena was beyond amazing from start to finish, and they made a stressful process, so easy. They all went above and beyond and I'm so appreciative of every interaction that I had with the staff. Would definitely recommend!

The women running this store were very courteous, welcoming, professional and helpful. The 12' enclosed trailer I rented was in excellent condition. I could see that, while not being a new trailer, it had had recent maintenance with new bolts in the suspension, fairly good tires, wiring harness in excellent condition.I was very disappointed in the UHaul websit that indicated I could rent dozens of furniture pads. When I arrived at this office, the women said they didn't have one package of blankets to rent. Since I was moving a whole load of antiques, that was a huge problem, but not this location's fault.

Rented on Sunday Dec 3, 2023.Clerk at the front desk had her head down on the computer keyboard throughout entire transaction, explained nothing, wouldn't walk around vehicle, offered no additional blankets, boxes. Was clutching a stack of napkins the whole time. Im certain she was hungover. Kept arguing with the other woman on staff. Awful. So unprofessional.Truck was badly damaged but they rented it. The overhead light would not go off because the rear door wouldn't close from being so damaged. I will not do business here again. Fix this location.

U Haul, please confirm that you received this message at my phone number and email already provided.Complaints and To Your Improvements:To Your Improvements that asked on how to improve:Because of the staff and inconsistent and rude actions by staff between one recent rental and the prior rental, I am requesting a refund. I was appalled from arrogant attitudes of the staff upon receiving the rental and staff at the return (about 4:30 pm 10/25/2023). These female staff were the utmost rude, and inconvenienced me by almost 45 minutes when no other customer was in the store except me. One staff failed to check me out when it was clear that the male tall person had already checked in the truck, etc. The female staff sat and presented it could not find the truck, when the truck was clearly shown on the inside monitor in the return line. Upon asking this female staff questions, she just sat there and didn't answer, so I had to re-ask my questions, and still she sat there, but yet when another asked her questions, she responded immediately. I feel discriminated against. I Request a refund from U Haul not only because of the above, but by this entire complaint. I request that you acknowledge that you received and understand this message.Even that I explained to your staff that one of my family members was ill and I needed to take care of my move, and that I was forced to take a larger and more expensive truck than the truck I ordered online which was the same pickup I ordered online recently, that staff took their "good ole time" to process the order. That was done either by incompetence or by spite or discrimination. Regardless of the reasons, that experience put undue extra pressure on me. Your staff ought to be ashamed of themselves.To Your Improvements:Having made prior arrangements to move my items, for this recent rental, I was forced to take a larger and more costly vehicle which was more expensive to operate (on gas) than the prior pick-up truck rental, and this large truck badly needed new shocks, as my head moved up and down 6 inches or so, as this truck went over the mildest indent in the road. This is terrible experience.To Your Improvements:by honoring your rental agreement from one rental to the next - especially in this case here, when the 2 agreements were only about 1 month apart as of this October 24, 2023 date.To Your Improvements:Teach or hire staff who naturally has personality and knows how to converse with public without rudeness.To Your Improvements:If your commercials claim excellent service, then you must be consistent from service to service - not as in the case here where the staff acted like they were doing me a favor or as if they themselves owned U Haul, which is worse yet.When you call me back, I will provide more details,Thanks for "listening",very dissatisfied customer

Your automated check-in/check-out service does not work well at all. I was unable to complete my check in or out and had to go inside, wait in line, and go through the entire process again. The customer services is mediocre at best. Although there was one young lady who was helpful in the end and did apologize for my experience. I was in the store for almost 40 mins before receiving keys to a truck. I also reserved two dollies but only one was available. There were others who did not even get a truck as their reservations were lost and still others who had the same experience that I had using the auto-check in. Horrible experience.

0 STARS!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAFF SITS AROUND SMOKING OUTSIDE. NOT HELPING. I HAD A DOLLY I PAID FOR, TO USE WHILE I MOVE, 1 OF THE STAFF TOOK IT SAYING IT WASN'T MINE. AFTER I ALREADY PAID TO USE IT. I LEFT & will never be back. IT COST TOO MUCH TO BE DEALING WIT BAD SERVICE!! Bob self storage is better and cheaper. Also, there is a new storage facility down Mayfield, by South Belvoir. Better, cleaner facility. Cheaper and much better customers service. Open 24/7. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING TO THIS LOCATION!! U WILL REGRET IT

***please take a picture of the dashboard before and after returning their vehicles***The absolute clowns that work at this location never gave me my receipt nor did a representative actually assess the vehicle upon drop off, and I was charged almost $100 in fuel fees because they alleged the fuel was never filled, but the submitted proof to their customer service line proved otherwise. Not only was it filled to where it was originally, I gave them more fuel. They're snakes, and if you can afford to avoid this location, go elsewhere.

At time of pick up, there was a female staff there whose professionalism was dissatisfying. Directly she and the other staff were efficient with our rental, however the female used profane language and expressed her frustration of her day, using profane language and all, which in my opinion should have not been expressed in front of customers at all. Overall, the efficiency of the rental was great. The drop off was a smooth transition.

Overall I had a good experience at this u-Haul. The staff were very helpful in getting me set up with my truck. The only complication was that the key to the ignition did not work on the cab doors, so we were locked out of the truck and had to call the roadside assistance. They were able to help in a reasonable time though and everything else went smoothly. It may be helpful to confirm that the key works on the doors if you think you will need to lock them.Edit: 2days later I got my receipt and I was charged for almost 20 extra miles I didn't drive. I don't know how they read the meter, but something is either off with it or the reading was altered.

The truck I received was a different serial number from what I had been assigned, and the mileage and gas level did not match the paperwork. The person who assigned the truck checked and corrected the mileage for billing purposes, which I appreciated. However, I do not think I should’ve had to put $20 of gas in the truck; I did so based on the mismatched paperwork.

Overall, dealing with Uhaul has been an awful experience and this location was the cherry on top. The line to pickup the truck stretched all the way to the back of the store and took 45 minutes to get through. The workers are extremely lazy, unhelpful, and unfriendly. Beware!

Worst customer service ever. I never post reviews, but I don’t want anyone to make the mistake I made by going here. I waisted 3 hours & ended w/o the trailer we reserved. They just left me outside waiting with zero intention of coming out to help us. Extremely lazy & rude. I ended up at the Euclid Home Depot and rented a box truck. I was in & out of there in 10 minutes & the employee was so friendly. I highly recommend Euclid Home Depot rental over this Uhaul location. Terrible.
