They were very nice. The service that I received was great however to no fault of their own I had to wait an hour and 40 minutes to be serviced on a Friday. I go there versus the dealer because it’s supposed to be quicker like I said, it doesn’t seem like it was their fault they just seem understaffed.

Should be called Take 1 Hour Oil Change. I showed up and pulled right into a bay as there wasn’t a line. It took 1 hour and 9 minutes from the time I pulled in the bay until the work was complete and I pulled out. There were only 2 guys working which seems like a complete failure on managements part. This is the second negative experience I’ve had with this particular location. The first time was on a Friday when I rolled up just after 10am and there seemed to be no employees there. I honked and a guy came out and said they were on lunch and I could either hang out for a while or come back later.

Service was great until my car broke down. They didn't hook up everything to the engine. Engine ran hot. I am still waiting for a call back. It's been over three weeks
