“I have came over a few times to get mail from po box and the doors are locked when they should be open at 8:30 am going by the hours posted on the door for lobby hrs 6:30am very inconvenient. Please have responsible people for this job.

“On this Friday afternoon around 4:30pm I bumbled into the post office looking to ship some items internationally. I really had no clue what I was doing and kept asking the clerks for help. Ms. Lisa, in particular, was extremely patient and helpful, but also to the point with me since I ended up putting her overtime (5:20pm). It made a lot of sense; I was potentially holding something up but I'm so grateful she assisted me regardless. The other gentleman working there was great too. Thank you so much! Merry Christmas”

“I sell online and drive around a lot so I visit many post offices in the CLE area. I was in a few days ago for the first time and was very impressed. No wait! And the woman behind the desk was incredibly patient, helpful and personable (I wish I got her name!). Thank you!”
“Actually, this is a great post office. Kisha is a really nice postal worker and customer service professional. The problem is that the management doesn’t properly staff the office, so she’s generally the only person working. We all have to take a lunch break, and she probably has administrative and other duties to take care of, too. This causes the sometimes strange hours.
Congress has drained the finances of the USPS for years and the current postmaster general has accelerated the trend through cuts and consolidation. Please don’t complain about this post office or the worker who staffs it. They have no control over its problems. Complain instead about the government that owns it and the politicians who want to privatize everything.”
“When I had a package delivered to my previous address the carrier put it into the forwarding system and sent it on to me before I even inquired. The staff let me know as soon as they were aware. Great service! Thank you!”
“Yup five stars… I went in and received the best and most interested worker who went above and beyond. Now let’s talk about the those who deliver to MY address. NO STARS since the young black lady. I do get my mail but not today and yesterday and a few days back I received the new neighbors package. So now I'm expected to get off work just to do their work?!?!? LIES… Oh not only did I not receive my mail the neighbors mail hasn’t been picked up!!! I know who the dude on Carl street delivers to our old and new address with his racist self!!”

“My husband and I went to this USPS to mail out the passport for renewal,the lady that served us on 9/9/2023 Saturday afternoon around 1 30 pm is super helpful and friendly.She explained everything to help us understand the steps and how stamp fee is calculated, and showed it in front of us.There was a customer before us kept yelling to her about something, but the lady still helped us with smile and patient. We forgot to ask her name but she deserves a 10 star rating in professional and kindness. We didn’t expect to have great service at USPS before, this experience changed our mind.Manager if you can see this, please consider giving that lady a raise. She’s the best person I have ever met at USPS!”

“The staff is not rude. I have found them to go out of their way to help you. I have a PO box there and have many packages delivered to the post office. Just be polite, treat them with respect and you will get that in return.”

“Much more friendly and efficient than the Shaker PO--although Shaker's just horribly understaffed and it may not be the employees' fault. Anyway, if you live in Shaker and are sick of long lines at Warrensville, try this location. Wish I could've gotten my PO Box at this location but with my zip code I was stuck using Warrensville for that.”

“I honestly HOPE that the person in charge of the Post Office Police at the Orange location sees this!
My van broke a belt late 8/3. My autistic son and I stayed overnight in the well lit parking lot, waiting for a mobile mechanic to come the next morning.
I wish that I knew the name of the police officer that was 3rd shift, he was incredibly kind and checked on us 2-3 times. He told us that we could go inside to cool off, if we got too hot.
The next morning, around 7:30am, a post office police officer named “John” came by to check on us. He’d heard from the night officer the situation.
He was incredibly kind, and asked if we needed anything. He was going to the store.
I said “cold water, please,” and tried to pay him.
He would not take a cent, and brought back two ice cold bottles of water, a bag of chips and a Hershey bar, for us to share. He wouldn’t take a dime.
I want to so very sincerely THANK both of these officers!!!! We were scared.
Our van DID get a belt replaced, and we made it to our destination and then home.
We appreciate you two so very much.

“My mailman is the best mailman ever he's so respectable he tries to meet our needs always communicating when we ask him a question he helps me to find out or tell me what I need To do about situations. When I needed to go out of town he told me I can put my mail on hold. When he is gone I know because he does his job regardless how These ignorant people in my building act he still does his job right the other ones they do whatever don't close the mailbox leave them all standing open mail everywhere I'm glad he don't take it out on the rest of us that do appreciate him because he could do that but he don't. I've been in this building about 10 years and he's been my mailman maybe half of them I don't know but I do know that he's been the same no I don't like in a girlfriend boyfriend way I'm old enough almost to be his mother my son is 40 I'm not just saying this I mean every word I said he is nice and handsome though he's always clean smell good his appearance is professional I'm retired and disabled he will help me if I need it he's one of y'all good ones give him a raise he deserve it working in my building bluestone building B I thank God for him”

“This is the best post office in the Cleveland area. The staff is always fast, efficient, and friendly and goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service. I've been coming to this post office since 2006 when I moved to Euclid. The only drawbacks is the lobby gets locked up after hours.”
