took my laptop in to get a screen repair, my laptop was touch screen but i had no touchscreen because he got the wrong screen for my laptop and still sold it to me. after a couple days my laptop would die while charging and after that it stop working completely. my laptop was working perfectly fine (except the screen being broke) before i came in to get it fixed. he also offered cash app for me to pay and i didn't think much of it, so i can't get any refunds.

Dominic recovered my data in less than an hour. I was worried about losing my work excel files but everything was put on a hard drive for me, great service.

BEWARE SCAMMER ALERT!!!!! Dominic tried to fix a crack in my son screen to his $1,000 laptop but was unsuccessful so he sold us a new laptop for $250 we went in to checkout the new laptop and it was no comparison to his old one. I usually check the specs of computers before buying but I didn't have time in this case. He claimed there's a 30 day warranty so we tried the computer out for five days and the computer didn't stay charged for more than a hour and kept having issues with its sound. What really made us not want it more is that it don't have the correct graphics card for VR gaming! So I finally look up the specs and it's a think pad from 2016!!!! W t f he charged us $250 and that's the price for a brand new version of this same computer not to mention my son original laptop is from 2019! So then out plan was to return it get our money back and find someone who is more modern and really know about computers to fix the screen ! Dominic didn't even know What a VR was or a graphics card smh !!! Now here comes the worst part , we left my sons old computer because he wasn't willingly giving it to us and I thought nothing of it because I was in a rush to leave and be somewhere at a certain time, I'm thinking I could just pick it up but 5 days past, I call Dominic and tell him the issues and that we want to return and get the old computer back .... he said he threw it away !!!!!!! you threw away something that wasn't yours ????? Also we are in a 30 day warranty so why would you throw it away at all! Very very bad business ! He refunded the $250 but that's no comparison to my son having no computer at the end of it all

My computer suddenly stopped working while I was out of town in Cleveland on a Saturday afternoon, and I needed to find someplace that could repair it quickly and cheaply. Dominic did both, and he also did some additional work that I had not asked for. He was friendly and explained everything clearly. He takes cash or credit but prefers cash (he provided a receipt), but there's an ATM only a few blocks away. I highly recommend this store.

I first took my Microsoft tablet to Dominic and he broke the glass because he is not qualified to work on them. A Surface Pro is a pos so I overlooked the mistake and settled on hiis offer of a MacBook that he claimed he had restored. This lasted less than a year but I still didn't get suspicious because he seemed like a nice guy. I paid 200 for it and it's now sitting and waiting to be repaired after he said he would charge me another 200 hundred to repair it. I needed a computer so I paid him another 250 for a desk top. Right now this desk top is so slow I can barely use it. The point is Dominic seem so cordial but he offers no warranties on what he sells because chances are he doesn't do much to bring these products up to an acceptable standards. Lesson learned! I will not be going back ! I have seen the same equipment on eBay and Amazon with a warranty. Demonic relies on people not knowing or understanding how computers work and he's getting over like a fat rat.

Dominic is the man. Dominic is not only extremely professional, approachable, and knowledgeable - but he has fair prices and is super flexible. Cleveland Heights, PC Sales and Services is easy to get to, easy to park, and I have never had to wait. Seriously, skip geek squad. If you're having computer problems, there is no better choice.

Dominic was AWESOME! Very helpful. Great customer service! and fast fast FAST! he fixed my laptop within hours! i HIGHLY recommend this location for any repair needs.
