They tried to steal my whole engine out my M5 they lied and said I had metal ships in my oil and I need a new whole engine but what they didn't know I had my oil changed twice before I took it to them so I showed up with a tow truck now they got the d*** look on their face ... Car drive just fine with the same engine

My car broke back down 15mins. after I left the place and their response was well bring it back on Tuesday and this was on Friday, total disregard that I was stranded, with no way to get home. I asked were they going to pay for my towl while they were being so indifferent about my issue after just taking over $300 from me to replace a starter and my car won't start after the first time that I cut it off after leaving their shop. Long story short I am so disappointed with their service and please don't go through what I did by going to them.

I have been bringing my complicated European cars with lots of miles to this place for a long time. They do a good job and are ALWAYS cheaper than other shops.My routine is that I drop off the car for a day with them and then they are usually able to finish the car the same day. I have not tried waiting in the shop for a repair: they are too busy to be able to fix things on a specific hour, I think

This is absolutely the worst auto body shop I’ve ever been too. I dropped my car off for him to tell me the oil filter housing had a leak. He was trying to charge me over $800. Didn’t receive the service and went to pick my car up for the rude receptionist to throw my card at me & not even acknowledge me when I walked in the doors. When he told her to “help the young lady” she said “who?” I was the only one standing there. Took my car to be seen by two other shops, both said NOTHING was wrong with the oil filter housing, so I would’ve paid $800 for a problem to still exist. They then overcharge my card for the initial diagnostics. DO NOT SERVICE this company. Save your time and money.

The service light came on right after the fix. He told me he would take a look free of charge if there were any issues after the service. When I eventually got to the shop, he would not even look at my car without a $65 fee. I obviously left because that was not what he had promised me originally. I am very disappointed with this experience and him not honoring what he told me.
