This is the worst experience I've had with any car body shop or any customer facing service for that matter. Very unprofessional with no respect to client's time. Canceled my car pick up appointment twice! One time 5 minutes before I was supposed to be there (I was in an uber on my way there) and the second time after I drove all the way to the dealership on a Saturday morning only to find out they lost my car keys!! They frequently provided wrong updates on the progress of my car repair. Took them 5 extra days than what they told me they would finish my car repairs. The only good thing they did is that they provided me with a rental car when they messed up my car pick up date. But seriously, I am really surprised these people still have a job! I never wrote a review about anything on google but this was outrageous and I felt compelled to let people know out there :)Never ever again!Services: Tires

My experience from start to finish was great. My catalytic converter was stolen and due to the age of my car I was ready to junkyard it! My insurance company suggested this place and I was fine with it due to proximity of my home. Once there, Gary walked me through every step of the process. He even went above and beyond to correct an issue with my car battery. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you everyone at the collision center!

Every other collision center was scheduling months out, but this one got me in right away. They did immaculate work. I will definitely come back if I ever need this kind of work again.

Exceptional quality! Exceptional customer service. The damage from a deer collision has been totally repaired. My car looks great again. Color matched perfectly. They got the work done in a very timely way. Scott was the representative handling my car rebuild. Easily reachable and kept me informed along the way. I also got to meet one of the techs who worked on my car. Top notch all around. Wonderful receptionist, Precious, always helpful and customer friendly. I can't say enough about how happy I am to have my car looking like new.

Not what they are made out to be. Poor communication of course all about the money. Lie after lie I sent my vehicle here to get fixed and after they fix my vehicle the airbag light popped on and now I am responsible for getting when even after the accident the light never came on as soon as they begin to work on the vehicle the airbag light is on if you going there for your insurance to fix it they are over priced and not recommended.

I was involved in a hit and run accident. Very minor damage to rear driver's side (see pictures). Brought my truck to this shop one day after I picked up my rental car. Told the shop that my insurance would cover my rental car for up to 30 days, so I needed the truck finished within 30 days. They told me that they would have it ready "well within that timeframe". Shortly before my rental car was due back, the shop called and told me that the truck was finished except for a blindspot monitor sensor that is backordered from the manufacturer. I told them that I would pay for the repair minus the missing part and would bring it back when the part arrives. They instead offered me a loaner free of charge and said the part is estimated to arrive in late February or early March. After driving the loaner for about two weeks the shop called back and told me that they were bought out by another company and that they need the loaner car back. I again told them that I will bring it back if they agree to give my truck back with full payment for their services minus the blindspot monitor sensor. They are refusing, claiming that it is a safety concern. I explained that the manufacturer ships this particular vehicle without the blindspot monitor system in the first place and that I would drive with it turned off until the repair is complete or sign off on the repair as completed entirely minus the difference. They denied and are refusing to give me my vehicle back despite my having presented multiple options.Services: Painting

It was washed and I was satisfied at the repair. Customer service and workmanship on my fender/paint repair was top notch. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They also surpassed my expectations in terms of the paint match and time to complete the whole job.
