I came here pretty regularly (multiples times a week) until recently. It’s overpriced and the staff aren’t the friendliest but it’s close….Bought a faulty product a about a week ago, attempted to bring it back for an exchange and they refused. Seems crazy seeing how often I’m here and how little the product actually costs but that’s business in 2023. New Heights Beverage will have my business from now on.

I go to this store almost daily. THEE nicest owner. He and his son are there all time. They are respectful and show you how much they appreciate your regular patronage.

This was the only convenient store in the Cleveland heights area left that didn’t start overcharging. Every couple of weeks they started charging .40 cents to .40 more cents per pack of cigarettes. I started off paying $32 in March for 3 packs. Now I just left the charge was $35 and some odd cents. It’s odd. And I will avoid this place. Was laughing with someone as I walked out. Ok you don’t need my business I understand but why be rude and overcharge? I’m never rude or eventful just ask for my cigarettes and leave. What’s the problem? No ty.

Stopped in this store early afternoon 9/3/2022. Asked a normal question referencing Ohio Lottery. Munchkin clerk pretended to have NO Clue. Completed my small purchase and left a verbal departure statement. No way I would I ever deal again with what I consider racist attitudes from munchkin employee.
