Great products and great service! I work for a Integrative medicine clinic called the James Clinic and we use Lee Silsby as our go to compounding pharmacy because their service is top notch and their products are amazing. Every interaction I have had with their team has been phenomenal. I feel they truly go above and beyond for their customers and patients. Called to refill a prescription that was past due on a Friday for my son, which was my bad. I spoke to Que W, who was very helpful and accommodated my requests. Que said that they could fill it and send it out on Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I had enough medication to last till Monday, so that was not soon enough for me. She reached out to the Pharmacy to ask if they could do a rush order. She also reached out to the Shipping Manager and got special permission to ship the medication overnight. She went above and beyond and made a way for the medicine to be shipped out overnight. A huge shout out to Lee Silsby and Que for meeting and exceeding my expectations.

Sarah is a rockstar! She called as follow up, had all the information needed on the spot and was incredibly efficient! It’s not often to have good customer service and this is AMAZING! Hope everyone there is as professional and helpful as Sarah! Get her a raise and a front parking space!

Sarah was so helpful and patient taking extra time to answer all my questions and fill my prescription. This is a great pharmacy that takes extra great care of its patrons and fills mail prescriptions as well.

I was out of my medication and it said not to skip doses and Que was able to get it out to me overnight so I didn't have to miss any. Thank you so much Que and to all of the Lee Silsby staff! Excellent customer service!

Called to get my cat's compounded fluoxetine prescription refilled and the person who I talked to took my credit card info, overall B- for the customer service. My significant other got a call immediately with the same woman being rude about how we can't refill it early, even though it's not a controlled substance and we are paying out of pocket so there are no insurance issues. They said if the vet called them giving the okay they could refill it early, but when the vet called the woman they talked to about it was rude to them and still refused to fill it with no reason as to why they can't. I wouldn't get any pet medicine filled here if I were you. *at the time of the encounter when the pharmacy refused to fill, no one had mentioned a second cat. We simply requested an early full. I can't say what my significant other said when he was on the phone but to my knowledge this pharmacy refused to fill the prescription without any real reason to do so.

I have been using LSCP for almost 7 years now. Apparently LSCP was recently acquired and lost a number of their state licensures, including mine. They did not send any warning that prescriptions would be rejected until they got their licensure reinstated. They offered no alternative except waiting for an unknown amount of time for them to get their licensures renewed in my state. They took no repsonsibility for failing to notify patients - just saying that they sent an email but understood some patients didn't get it. If prescriptions were unable to be refilled, they should have sent actual physical notices so people could have found alternative pharmacies before their medications ran out. Whatever this new company is sounds like a disaster and is putting people's health and lives at risk.

Run if you can and find another compounding pharmacy!! My son was a patient here for several years until they SUDDENLY stopped servicing the state of Alabama.I called in his medication and was charged. The rep called me back twice. Once to verify my shipping address because she failed to do that on our initial conversation and called again to let me know that she got the shipping date wrong, so it was shipping later than original which was all fine. The very next day I was contacted and told that Lee Silsby no longer services and ships to the state of Alabama. I asked her when this change happened and she said sometime this week. I let her know that I didn’t receive ANY communication via email (which they had on file) nor mail which they shipped to monthly. I also let her know that she just took my order the previous day and didn’t say anything about any of this. She said I’m sorry and then changed her story and said that they stopped servicing Alabama last week. I let her know that that was odd because they just sent my son’s medications to me last week, so if she could go ahead and send this week’s meds since it was their fault for not informing their customers of this abrupt change. She said she had to refund me for my medications coming this week and she couldn’t send out the medications.She never even offered another compounding pharmacy or offered to transfer my son’s medications to a new compounding pharmacy. No options of how to fix this problem was given.Terrible customer service and insane flaw of not informing your loyal customers in reasonable timeframe in advance to prevent a lapse of their medication. They also charge a ridiculous amount out of pocket. My new compounding pharmacy does not charge an arm and leg, and was able to help us very quickly. I’m very grateful for our new pharmacy!

I called in to make a refill, and had an amazing customer service representative help me today by the name Que Walker. My daughter has been taking an expensive medication for a year, I had asked Que if I ordered more at a time, if it would reduce the cost. She was so helpful and nice! We were able to get a 3 month supply, which saved me $138 every 3 months! She was fantastic and I really appriciate her help!!I have called a few times over the past 12 months and asked if there was any way to get the medication any cheaper by using things such as coupons, Good Rx, my insurance, anything to reduce the cost. The answer has always been no. Although the staff has always been very pleasant, it is a disappointment that nobody ever suggested purchasing more at once. In 1 year my daughters medication with Lee Silsby has cost me $1352, where as if someone could have helped set me up with a 3 months supply, it would have saved me approx $500+ for the year!!! It costs us approx $1000 monthly out of pocket, for all of the supplements and medications my daughter takes. To save this much money over the year would have been a huge help! Please have your staff offer this information out to your customers! Some of us are in debt thousands to help pay for these items for our loved ones, please keep that in mind.Thank you
