Very efficient and only needed to wait about 9 minutes, It was a blood draw to test my Covid antibodies .

This place smells disgusting. It should be close for how terrible it smells. The reception area is not presentable for customers. Chairs are worn down.. the place is very unpleasant. Sanitation does not exist here. This is a business that collects urine and blood and it’s not sanitary. The health department needs to come to this place and audit it.

I Had to do a drug screen I didn’t have an appointment I was in and out within 15 minutes and the lab tech at the front desk was very friendly we had a great conversation

I received an order for my doctor to get lab work and went down to this lab on that day. The line was so long that I decided to book an appointment online. The earliest appointment I could get was in a week. So here I am, having booked a 9:15 appointment online, sitting in my car at 9:40, still waiting for them to call me in. The waiting room is crowded and there's a line out the door. What's the point in booking online if they can't honor the appointment in a reasonable time frame?

Had to drug test for work, checked in with a nice older white lady. Didn’t look too good inside but she was nice/helpful. Went in the bathroom which was WHEW but looking past the dingy things it was good and quick.

Made an appointment for 12pm and I get there and the door says they're out for lunch until 1:30pm. On top of that, I have never seen a place that looks so depressing and I feel bad for anyone who has to work in such a dreary environment.

Been waiting 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment as receptionist (and apparently only person here) has spent 35 minutes trying to check one person in.

New check was confusing at first but quick. Staff was awesome super friendly and helpful.Surprised it only took 15 minutes.

I scheduled an appointment online for noon. After driving across town to reach my appointment, I found a note on the door claiming that the facility was closed between 11:00am and 1:30pm every day. Why was I allowed to book an appointment for noon? Very frustrating.

I almost didn't go to LabCorp because of the horrible reviews, but it was so close and convenient, I had to go. I was pleasantly surprised. The building is definitely old and in need of sprucing up, however my experience was not bad at all. There were 5 people in the small office when I arrived. From sign-in to out the door was 23 minutes. I had to wait longer because I had a blood drawn. People who were drug testing for work were in and out faster than that. They are understaffed; I only saw 2 ladies actively moving around the office. The woman that drew my blood was also the lady at the desk greeting people. I can understand how some days they may not be jolly because as humans, sometimes we have bad days. All on all, I would go back if I'm in need of those services again.
