I’ve physically stood in the store, just Me and Two associates. I discreetly called the store and they STILL DID NOT ANSWER the phone. This is terrible and inconvenient.

They NEVER answer the phone. You just have to go and HOPE they’re open. BUUUT once you’ve made contact, it’s a very pleasant experience. The store is clean, the employees are always nice and knowledgeable. They change pretty frequently, but that’s to be expected. Overall I prefer going in store for games than purchasing online and GameStop makes that a pleasant experience.

This gamestop is in a somewhat lonesome area of this shopping district but it's our local go-to. It's a standard GS but all of the workers I've encountered have been very friendly and helpful.
