Couldn't have made it without the assistance of Stephanie Wright. My insurance company cancelled my auto policy after being with them since 1981. I was so upset and turned to State Farm who has my home policy. I was given Stephanie who assured me that I would be insured because my home owners policy was in good standing with State Farm. She walked me through the procedure with exceptional professionalism. As a result of her expertise I now can relax and it is because she made me feel that inspite of now knowing how to get set up on the app, but walked me through the procedure with knowledge, patience and professionalism. I would not recommend Franklin Myles nor State Farm. My parked car was hit by an insured neighbor. State Farm is refusing to pay the full amount of damages. (Only partial) And now I am out for the remainder of the bill. I've been a loyal customer paying my bills for years. And now Franklin Myles and State Farm are not giving me what is owed. Shame on you.

I just wanted to share the excellent service I received from Stephanie and the team at Franklin Myles office. I trust them will all my insurance needs for home and my auto insurance including classic car. I always greeted by a friendly and reassuring voice whenever Stephanie helps me with policy questions or changes. I am always treated like family and have peace of mind any need is taken care of. I have been with Franklin Myles and State Farm since 2007. The customer service is second to none always. What really made me get on here and write this review is because I was going over my policy and I have some questions. By the time I was done asking my questions not only was I thoroughly informed, but I was shown to be able to get something different for my policy and save us money. Now that may not be the case always for everyone, but one thing I have a professional fact on is that we all need life insurance, so if you’re gonna get it, get it from the best!
