$30 to quickly replace a flat tire in ten minutes. They are also super friendly and informative. I highly recommend this little shop, one of the gems of cleveland heights!

Recently, the shop was broken into and the thieves stole a number of expensive e- bikes. An employee told me that this is the 3rd time that the shop has been hit. It's pathetic that the owner doesn't have a working alarm system in the shop. He should also invest in decorative bars or steel drop shutters to protect the shop. Stop being a victim!! (Also, their prices on bike lights are reasonable.)

Mike is extremely experienced, patient and polite. I would highly recommend taking you bike here for repairs. And if you need a new bike or any accessories, they sell them too

Would give zero stars if i could. The guy barely did anything to my bike when I brought it in, charged me 40 dollars then actually messed my bike up. I called back and he "fixed" it but it started having the problem again a little bit down the road. The service was really cold and at the end of the day he charged me to actually make my bike harder to ride. Worst service I've ever had.

Timely service and so very kind, i was nervous having never been in a shop for bikes like this but the man behind the counter was quick and very kind to me and explained the issues with my bike and got me out really quick!! Will definitely be back to search through their inventory of bike goodies ♥️♥️

Took my black trek in for some minor service last week (October 2023). The people working there could not have been nicer and were incredibly helpful. My bike was fixed quickly, and they even lubed the chains and cleaned it for free. It rides better than when I first got the bike. I would absolutely go back and highly recommend this place!

went to get my wheel replaced and the new tire they put in had a leak. I should've asked as soon as I noticed getting my bike that the wheel was a bit deflated but when I called a week later confident that they gave me a tube with a leak that they wouldn't replace it (for free) after I explained the situation.

I have a jogger stroller and its front wheel seized up. I took the wheel to Cain Park Bicycle and Mike fixed me up with a new wheel, gave me some info about local bike trails, and I was on my way in only a few minutes! I would highly recommend their quality service to anyone!

Mike is a great mechanic and Jenny is friendly and helpful. I will gladly keep giving this bike shop my business and I hope my fellow Cleveland Heights residents will too. I’ve taken both my 90s road bike and modern belt drive commuter in for work and have been pleased each and every time. Support your local bike shops!

I have a foot pump that I wanted to change from Presta to Shrader , and I thought there may be an adapter , so I went to Cain Park Bicycle . The owner quickly showed me that my pump had the adapter built in and all I needed to do was reverse a small insert . He was very nice and didn’t even charge for his help . Next time I need a bicycle or equipment I know where I’m going .
