I went up there with my two little brothers and I almost accidentally hit this lady car which I stopped myself but she threatened to shoot me if i did hit her car she was definitely one of the employees working there too!

2 stars for having a public restroom, but it was filthy! The floors in this place were filthy too but as someone who relies on public restrooms for work, on a Sunday morning, when all businesses were closed, this was the nearest public restroom in 5 miles.

Since when are employees allowed to sit on the counter and talk on their cell phones? While servicing customers speaking vulgar and cursing the whole entire time. Disgusting.I will never return.

They will close the store and say only open for door dash. A few employees have attitudes and most times there's only one person ringing up customers at the register which creates a long line and attitudes.

Corporate teen need to investigate that night crew guy is very high on drugs I watched 8 customers leave and complain the guy even called The Uber driver out of her name incident occurred on October 19th 2022 around 12 to 1am at 3983 Mayfield rd the service that the customers were given is highly unacceptable

Card was stuck in pump machine would not let me choose gas or remove my card walked inside store to get help, was told by cashier she would not help me and had no solution she did not care. I asked am I suppose to just leave my card cashier continued to not care, it upset me i asked for corporate number and supervisor was told to google it. It was my issue but the lack of customer service is what gets me. That is everything.

On Saturday February 6 around1015pm the female cashier was so slow ,tired to tell her she game me too much money back. Definitely appeared to be very high smh! The guy employee was nice he helped out because the girl couldn't get it together.

I shop in the store regularly. There is quite a turnover of help, but for the most part, I have found them to be courteous and helpful. Only one bad experience a couple of years ago.

If it’s 24 hours why do you have associates closing the store to do stock work/ clean? It’s really an inconvenience, especially when you have to drive all the way to the opposite direction to get what you’re needing, well for me at least. There’s no sign put up when they do this and it’s always at random times. I could see if it was shift change (even then the store should be open because it usually is at other 7/11 / BPS) but they are not doing count it’s usually them cleaning or doing something else. The store also is not clean more times than often. So if they are closing the store to clean it they should keep this standard 24/7. The one thing I will compliment on is that the fridges seem to be stocked most of the time and they have my favorite items in stock when I come.
