This is a very clean, Walmart, the staff are helpful and kind.
I'm really happy I found this store, I just moved to this area.

COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! ??My Husband is a truck driver and he was turned away today when he tried to come there to pick up a few things. He was met and the door and was told that no trucks are allowed there. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! I could understand if he was trying to spend the night. He was hungry and thirsty and thought he could grab what he needed in this Walmart only to be turned away!!! Is this how we are treating our drivers? The ones who are supplies this country with their necessities BUT they can't get theirs??!! You could have at least given him a few moments to grab needed items!!! There are a lot of truck drivers AND THEIR families that shop at Walmart. Are you seriously turning them all away??!! I will be reaching out to all avenues I can to report this!!! We can not treat truck drivers like this. Trucking families are tight knit and we will stick together. If we have to boycott Walmart WE WILL!! Walmart will NOT treat our loved ones like this!!! Without them, WE WILL HAVE NOTHING!! When covid hit, these men and women kept rolling!!! I am appalled by this!!!??

1 star for many reasons.
First off there's no tap to pay that's annoying
Second off self checkout it's pretty much mandatory nowadays
Third is constantly being hassled about showing me receipt (use your ai computer system and leave me alone)
Finally today it crossed the line. I left my wallet at the self checkout (because there's no tap to pay) an hour before closing. I called every department and finally got a hold of electronics just to be told " it's probably here let me put you on hold and figure it out" then proceeded to hang up on me. Super aggravating especially when I'm told the manager leaves at 8....but you close at 11..... That makes no sense at all there needs to be a Person In Charge dedicated until closing.

Went to the pharmacy for a relative. No matter how long the line is, there is always only one person checking people out. It is never quick.

Store is kept pretty clean and organized, employees are usually friendly and at least try to be helpful. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the bathrooms, they are always dirty and things that need attention don't ever seem to get any attention which I find odd because it's pretty much the opposite for the rest of the store. Shopping experience is great, bathroom not so much

Well stocked, well organized ,good variety, good prices, pick up staff was slow and person who answered phone was poorly trained. Other employees were great. Clean store. Clean parking lot

I drove home to Ohio with my daughter from Indiana on 5/26/24. Our tire suddenly gave out while we were still more than an hour away from home. I was panicked and called the closest Walmart on Hoke Rd. I talked to Lori, and she asked me to drive to their tire center even they were closing in 20 minutes.
I got to Walmart seven minutes before the tire center closed. Lori, Kamil, and Chris stayed more than 30 minutes overtime to patch my flat tire. I was so touched. They were so professional, nice, diligent and helpful. They did a great job. Amazing experience and amazing employees. My daughter and I arrived home safely and smoothly later.
Thank you, Lori, Kamil, and Chris.
Thank you Walmart for having such wonderful and responsible employees.
