I stop here every morning, I live on UDF coffee. I visit several of there stores in the Dayton area. I was very happy that they went to the brew to cup. I absolutely love the rewards program for gas, the main reason I stop at UDF, if don't have a Udrive card get one. I do need to say store #238 I Clayton customer service is better than most and that is only here in the several months. I would say that is due to a new store manager.

I Go to get my family shakes and my husband gets A peanut butter shake every time, this time they say they are completely out of peanut butter, so I had to pick something different but after I am ready to pay, the guy pulls out peanut butter and laughs, and I said I would’ve waited 15 minutes for you to get the peanut butter together but you told me you guys were completely out , It’s sad I live very close and I have to drive all the way to Brown Street in Dayton just to get the right customer Service This happened on February February 11 at 9:26 pm . and when you get your shakes, it’s like you’re drinking milk and they’re very liquidy. Even when you pay for thickness, I believe something needs to be done because you’re losing a lot of customer service we used to come every day but now nobody knows how to make the shakes , or they lie to you I’m very disappointed because all the guy had to say it would take about 15 min to get the peanut butter ready and I would of waited. Wow where there customer service skills.

What happened to the descriptions of the ice cream that used to be listed underneath the name of the ice cream in the service area? We chose a delicious chocolate cookie ice cream just to find out after we left and tasted it that it is a coffee based ice cream. I cannot have coffee so this was incredibly disappointing. We were unable to go back to get a different kind so a waste of money and time. Please replace the description signs AND train your employees to know what flavors are in the ice creams in the service area. Thank you.

The shakes were amazing, and that just goes without saying at UDF. However, the customer service from Tay (Manager) tonight was second to none. I walked away as another associate had just made my shake, and this man takes the shakes from me just to wipe them down. (Little spillage on the sides) Not only did he do that, but he did it with a smile and was happy to do so. I hope he sees this, but he will be the reason I keep going back to this one. The man’s customer service alone, was second to none. Thanks Tay!

A very polite young man, while stocking his udf products in a grocery store, advised me that udf would no longer make or sell the frozen yogurt products. I was astounded, and terribly disappointed to hear this news!!!,
As a customer who prefers the lighter, healthier version of your dairy products, my visits to udf will have to be few and far between now. I am an ice cream lover who has a much better tolerance for the yogurt products, than for the rich, creamy, heavy products. Surely, there are many customers such as I am, and we are having difficulty finding a good frozen yogurt product in a variety of locations. Please, please —-fill this gap again!!!

I have never been to a United Dairy Farmers, and I have definitely never been to Ohio, and yet my card was used their over 20 times in one day. The business may be great, but someone is allowing customers with stolen card information to use it over and over again.

SHARING THIS INCIDENT FOR MY MOTHER! ZERO STARS!What a horrible place to buy donuts from. My mother visited this place today around 1:45pm to grab ice cream. Cashier 192, a young Hispanic looking girl waited on her for her purchase; While waiting for her ice cream, my mother noticed several HUGE GREEN NASTY FLIES in the donut case and alerted the cashier of this; The cashier stated she would need to tell her manager about it; rather than simply removing the contaminated food from the case, the cashier continued to check out other customers; a women came in and purchased donuts from the same case the flies were seen in; while in the parking lot about to leave, my mother saw and told the lady NOT to get them and went on to share what she had said to the cashier; shortly afterwards the women went back in the store to get her money back; the cashier then told my mother that she could NOT stand outside the store and tell the customers to not buy donuts.At any rate other customers overheard this entire exchange, then opted to leave rather than make any purchases.Anyone who sees this posting:PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS NASTY ESTABLISHMENT. THEY COULD CARELESS ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS MUCH LESS ABOUT DISPOSING OF CONTAMINATED GERM FILLED FOOD THEY WILL SELL TO YOU WITH NO COSNIDERATION OF YOUR HEALTH!!!!!I WONDER WHAT THE HEALTH DEPT WOULD HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS OR EVEN THE CORP OFFICE/HEADQUARTERS!

This review is simple. The chocolate malts rock. Strawberry shakes are devine. Other flavors, oh so good. And sure, there is convenience store stuff and gasoline too, but stick with the ice cream. You scream. I scream. We scream for UDF ice cream! Ice cream so good it even makes Eeyore's tail wag. Pretty sure he even almost smiled.
