I don't even give it a one start LOL when I walked into the store at 1:00 to pay my Spectrum there was only three people in front of me and they were all being helped I didn't walk out of the store till 2:00 and it took 4 minutes to pay my bill if the employees would stay off their phone and actually work and do the job I would have been out of there along with a lot of other customers that walked out I will not be going back to that Spectrum.

Justin was very helpful. Customer service on the phone was awful and everyone was saying different things. I knew I needed to go in person to someone in the store. Justin was patient and had a great sense of humor. I will be requesting him in the future.

Modem and Router stopped working 1 day and was told to get new equipment at the nearest location. They gave me the wrong equipment and we found out 5 months later that that was the reason my 1 Gig speed wasn't running as fast as it was supposed to be.Rep changed my internet speed from 1 Gig to 300 Megs after claiming she was putting me on new plan with better pricing. Rep sold a product she stated increased internet speeds but didn't know how to install it. Had to call Customer Service Retention department to correct her mistake.4 days later, next rep was transferring my data from 1 phone to a new device and stated he needed to close the store on time and for me to complete the transfer at home, reboot the new phone, and service would work. Followed his steps and new phone did NOT work. It had a corrupt SIM card in it and I was without a phone for communication for 17 hours. Unacceptable...(watch the generic virtual response be added to type messages to someone else, not actually speak to a person...)

As big as spectrum is you would think they would have a Manger, working at the Englewood ohio store very slow. One person working just crazy.

Good customer service. Be sure to arrive early in the day for energetic customer support. Sometimes they're servers are down making help limited.

The steff did remarkable edge to determine what was wrong I have no internet away from my home, they meaning them the Corp says that the computer is saying that it will work on our service it must be your phone may be broken ill give it to them, they gave me a # to call in a couple of days, I wouldn't have gotten this if , well I am a Neverending learning, You just got took!!!!

We got waited on fairly quick but they were out of stock for the item came to exchange for. We either had to come back another day or make a call to arrange the item shipped to our house.

I’ve had the worst experience with spectrum!!! I was scammed back in April and have been trying 2 get everything corrected from that scammer just wreaking havoc on my identity and banking transactions, the merchant the scammer targeted was my spectrum payments, chase bank has paid spectrum in full but they refuse 2 apply it 2 my account and keeps trying 2 say they can’t find any payments. Even 1 man named Kevin at the payment center accused me of making this all up and I did the charge backs bc “nobody can do that online” rude rude rude and WRONG!!! I wouldn’t have filed a police report, or reported the scammer 2 the ftc, or ic3 website if this was an elaborate plan 2 get money back from payments I made months ago ??♀️ just goes 2 show how careless, and heartless these ppl we go 2 for help with our services can be. I wouldn’t suggest spectrum 2 anyone now and just a month and a half ago I would have. They don’t treat you with respect and don’t really deal with a scam situation with the urgency they should. Don’t get spectrum they will double charge you and say they can’t find payment’s even after the financial institution provides you with a transaction #!!!! Shane on you spectrum

Most of the time there is only one person in the store to wait on you and the wait most of the time is extremely long. A month ago I sat in that store over 45 minutes there was only one person there in the store waiting on customers and there was a man in there who bought a new phone and all of his information had to be transferred to his new phone it was extremely ridiculous for one person to be in this store helping customers all I needed to do was pay my spectrum bill and I had to sit there for over 45 minutes before I could do that. Spectrum is terrible when it comes to having enough staff in the store to take care of customers.
