Eugene, thank you so much for taking my call yesterday! You literally sent two angels, Marcus & Krystal to my rescue who went way beyond the scope of their field to provide on the spot auto repair and a safe and efficient tow to the auto repair shop! Their generosity and huge acts of kindness blew my mind. In today's crazy world, one cant only be too cautiuous when you become stranded on the road, but i can say that i am just blown away...and feel like I made lifelong friends with those two amazing people...that level of Kindness and generosity toward others in dire need are almost unheard of. I cant thank them enough. I highly recommend this business for their service and expertise for all types of auto service work! 10 stars!!!!!

True masters of their craft, Gene and his father are great to talk to and excellent at everything they advertise. They fixed my truck up beautifully. I have never had such great service from anyone in the automotive industry.

Run from these guys. They knowingly sold me a vehicle that proved to be unsafe for the road, all the while telling me they had fixed the brake issues when in fact they did not. My wife could have been seriously injured driving this car. When I took the car to a reputable repair facility they could not believe what Nook and Cranny said they had done--no proof at all for much of the "repair". In fact some of the repair work they did attempted was laughable. The brakes had not been bled because the bleeder screws were rusted shut and could not be opened. The rear brake hub assembly was improperly put together with wrong sized and even missing mounting bolts--because they had been stripped. Even if they did not do the improper assembly, they would have had to have seen it was unsafe along with the rusting brake and fuel lines! With no mention to me they returned to me vehicle that would knowingly fail and perhaps cause injury or death. When I confronted the owner he said they had done the work and the car was safe and it was now my problem. Well the car is not safe not and will in all likelihood need to be junked because of the amount of work required far outweighs the value. Nook and Cranny does not stand by its word and will try to convince you that they deal honestly. Believe me they do not and I am out the money I paid for the car plus the joke of a repair. I can not sell this car to anyone else because I know how unsafe it is and I could not do that to another person. I wish I had seen a review like this one before being buying from Nook and Cranny. If I could give negative stars I would.

Not a good experience. Bought vehicle, had problems same day. They SAID they would "make it right," but after it was "fixed" the next day had the same problem. He started quoting the law & the bible, so we knew we were in trouble. They didn't back up their word.

Of never done business here myself but I have heard a lot of good things about their customer service. If you are looking for something close to home and people easy to deal with, this is a great start.
