I never have any issues but today I sent My husband and our daughter went to the store for groceries tonight without me… I don’t think I will be sending him again…. He doesn’t even know what cauliflower is… he had to ask me what isle.. after I explained it was in the vegetable area.. came home with frozen… not to mention I asked him to get chicken breasts.. he came home with frozen chicken nuggets and precooked fried chicken… he’s on the couch tonight with only one cat.. I took the other two… not scamming me out of my cats like he did my cauliflower.

Super friendly krogers, when my wife was asking for cauliflower and I didn’t know where to look a Kroger associate helped me find some in the frozen section, now I’m able to go home and rest peacefully tonight, update I also did not get the write cauliflower so I’m sleeping on the couch, thankfully the couch is brand new and it’s also super comfy and I’m lucky to have a big living room all to myself with a singular cat because the wife has the other two cats. Isn’t life grand! ??

This store is stocked very well. They have an excellent cheese and meat section. They're liquor store and very good they have a nice selection. The only complaint is self checkout. You spend an unnecessary amount of time there. Also, flags multiple errors without needing too.

Kroger on a Sunday morning wasn't bad at all there was a traffic Jam In the middle area where a man was advertising all kinds of sauces n spices but that was minor. We went today and it was smooth sailing I had on a Southern Y'all shirt and And lady stop me and said you are right lol and gave me some weather originals and said it's for BEING NICE..

Do not shop at Krogers in Englewood, Ohio they do not care about any of their employees or guest. I went into there on my way home from work to get a few things. I went to get some deli meat. There was only one other guest that was being waited on. They only had 1 sweet old lady that moved turtle speed working the deli. It took her 45 minutes to get 3 things for the guest in front of me. When it was my turn to be waited on she was not able to get any of the slicers to work. I went to the service desk and told the person there that they needed to get someone back there to help. The gentleman at the service desk call the manager and they wouldn’t do anything about getting her help. They lost a bunch of business because people kept leaving. THIS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I will never go back to that store again. Il

Asked customer service if they could locate aprons before we drove down there and got them. He said he would go look for him instantly hung up. Horrible service wouldn’t recommend going.

Store is horrible. Gnats all over bakery area. Stockers etc block aisles. I appreciate they stock but shoppers need to be able to go down the aisles too. Checkout situation is a joke. No registers open and 3 self checkouts open in whole store. Employees just walking by watching line getting longer and longer. Shoppers with 2 items waiting behind people with full carts st 630 am.

Good experience and several things I needed were on sale so I can make several freezer meals.
And when checking out, the young man in line behind me offered to help bag my groceries and put them in my cart. Very good young man. Wish I could have gotten his name.

Pretty good place to shop. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they aren’t 24 hours anymore. It was always my late night snack run location of choice but since the pandemic, they’ve resorted to this. Which is not what people have asked for… please go back to 24 hours!

We stopped shopping here a few years ago, and today's visit just solidified our decision being the right one. What a horrible place. The isles are crowded and full of displays, the people are rude and disrespectful, and the employees look like they are completely miserable. The only area of the store that was completely stocked and orderly was the liquor store. Go figure.
