The African American lady with the blonde dreads absolutely chopped my son’s hair up on 7/30/24. She did nothing I asked her to do. She cut the top of his hair so short it almost looks buzzed. I asked for a longer top so I could style it and she did the exact opposite. And the cut is so horrible and uneven. It’s ridiculous.. there’s not reason for someone to work there and give a horrible cut. She clearly showed she didn’t want to be there, but did she have to screw up his hair so bad? I wish I knew her name. I’m so ticked off, I don’t even know if it can be fixed.

My daughter asked to come back because she liked how this stylist cut her bangs. She asked for her bangs to be at her eyebrows and the lady cut an inch above her eyebrows and it was completely uneven. Theres still long strands of hair she didnt cut. It looks messy. Not coming back again

If I could give 0 start I would . I went and took my daughters and my self to get an hair cut . And I’m been going there for years never had a problem. So I trust the process silly me . When I check my hair at home it was all mess up this lady literally mess up my hair I mean look at that . So disappointed it . Now I have to chopped it all off . Places like this need to stop hiring people who doesn’t have an clue how to cut hair

This was the visit I needed to be done with Great Clips altogether. I have been going to this location for years, and have never seen the same stylist twice. I have given them multiple chances due to this, but been disappointed each time. I asked for 1.5” off and left with 5” off my hair. It was very long, and the stylist did not offer me a mirror to see the back of it, so I didn’t realize how much was taken off until after. Not that I can do anything about it. I walked in with a perfect part, and left with no part whatsoever. Great Clips is going to run themselves right out of business by continuing to increase their prices with this quality of service. I will spend the extra $10-20 and go to a reputable salon that doesn’t have time limits on each client and cares how they leave feeling about themselves.
