The area and facility are neat, clean, and easily accessible. The property manager Dennis Pyles is awesome. He has been extremenly helpful with any and all issues that have come up with the moving company that is bringing my items to the facility and he has always been ready and willing to assist with any problem that comes up.

Dennis did a great job, he was extremely helpful. The rental rates are a little high compared to some other places, but the service makes up for it. I was just shopping around but I will definitely be keeping Dennis in mind!

Great place so far basically because the Manager was so great ! We got there a minutes before they closed and he stayed late to help us out ! The only concern I have is several of the spaces have ruts in the old blacktop where other RVs with a lot weigh sat probably for quite a while.

I called in to reserve a spot for my camper. I spoke to dennis and he was so incredibly nice and so sweet with explaining everything and helping me set up my reservation. When I went into the facility, he completely put me at ease. He talked me through everything again, explained everything and how the monthly payments are scheduled. He is the embodiment of what customer service is, professionalism and just being a kind human being to others. I've heard so many good things about this storage facility and he reassured me that they are all one hundred percent true. I'm very thankful for Dennis, and I'm so lucky to be a customer of Storage Rentals of America.
