Mackenzie Moore was so helpful! She helped get my line back onto my husbands and showed me all different phones. I had 3 kids with me and she didn’t mind the noise. Very helpful!

Service at this store is bad. So bought a phone in here today and still waiting to hear from them to get it on. Got put on hold for 20 minutes then told well I texted store manager to see what to do that was at 2 it's now after 5 and NOTHING! But let our bill be passed 2 minutes and your off. Finding Cricket isn't what I thought. Verizon is looking better at least they act like they care. Sorry this store SUCKS!

Switched phones. It took them an hour to try to log me in. They tried Bluetooth even to get contacts from old phone. Didn't get me logged in because I didn't want to wait any longer. I took my phone to my car and it took me 3 minutes to log in to my new phone.

Met Amiee at the Clayton location. I was hesitant about a phone upgrade because I wasn't sure about a sales tech's ongoing support when upgrading. She however quickly put me at ease and assisted me with a needed upgrade that same day. Since I accidently had contacts in multiple places, she patiently showed me how to transfer contacts and messaging apps successfully. After three visits I have been impressed with her knowledge and support. Compliments to Aimee!

Aimee was super duper awesome! Give that woman more money. Cricket sent a text for a free upgrade but wouldn't honor it. She agreed with us and was so great that we still bought. Couldn't recommend her enough.
