“Well , I just had paid off my 2015 chrysler 300s and it continuously would run hot. I already had changed thermostat twice, and did a pressure check. It ran good for a while, then it ran hot after a 40 min drive. I'd decided enough is enough. Normally I don't trust a lot of shops not saying they are bad that is just me. So a guy by the name Cody, I had met a long time ago at Autozone we both have a wife and kids and also a God fearing man like myself and I heard he was working at Seibert Automotive . I knew if he was there it was a place I could trust and the people working there had to be trustworthy people. So I would like to give a big shout out to all the workers at Seibert Automotive and special shout out to BRIAN SEIBERT for hiring the right people to do my Head gasket repair with a warranty. I took the car on a nice long drive and it was great to know I had nothing to worry about . The price was great as well! I had even called a dealership before I called them. If you need any work done on your vehicle, take it to Seibert. I highly recommend them!”

“They went out of their way to air up the tires on my dump truck. The steel wheels and high pressure stems make it very difficult to get an airchuck on the rear dually wheels. None of the parts stores had the chuck and no other shop in the area would entertain the idea of airing up the tires or simply didn't have the chuck either. This shop got it done for me on the spot even with the mechanic laying on the ground and wrapping his arms around the tires. I was on a job and they really came through for me. “They fixed my tired that had a metal bar in it and updated my warranty on the tires I purchased from their company(different location) so that if any else happens to them during their lifetime it's covered for free. Very pleasant and hard working crew! Was a walk-in they got me in and out in 30mins. Tires are not that old, only a few months, so very glad they were able to get it out and fix it. Highly recommend this location and will be going here for any of my future needs.”

“Beyond a great experience. It's a whole list.
1. Pricing - They replaced the timing chain, valve cover gaskets, serpentine belt, and did an oil change on my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. While everyone else I had called said $1500-$2000 JUST FOR THE TIMING KIT, Nook N Cranny initially quoted me just under $1300 for the whole shebang.
2. Military/Veteran Friendly - They took an additional almost $300 off upon finding out I'm a veteran. If you've served, you're saving money here. I got all that work done for a grand and pocket change.
3. Impeccable Customer Service - Eugene took my call while out of state and handled everything. Let me drop my car off after hours, and they had it done within 6 hours of opening the next day. I show up to pick up the car, imagine my surprise when I see Eugene did the work. This man legit came back from vacation just to work on my car with under 24 hours notice. Absolutely blown away.
4. They care and love their craft, and it shows in the quality of work. They sent me videos throughout the process and showed me what was going wrong, and my car genuinely runs as well as it did the day I bought it.
TLDR: This is easily the best shop in town if you need major repairs done quickly, and they don't try to ruin your wallet. 10/10, this is my shop for as long as I live in Dayton. The only downside is they can't take card, but they do have cashapp and venmo if you're not trying to write a check or pull out cash, and they do give a full itemized list of parts/labor on the receipt.”
