“I came in with an engine light on. Barbara was very helpful from the beginning. Hooked the computer to my van, printed out the error code/details. I looked it up and the work was going to be a hassle. But I decided to first try and top off the coolant, as it could had been part of the issue. She was nice enough to do it for me and pointed out that I would probably still need to replace a part because the coolant was not flowing well. Felt like I was right at home! Thanks to Barbara for her time and dedication!!”

“Several weeks ago, I contacted the AutoZone at North Main, Dayton for assistance in purchasing wipers. I was told that the only wipers for my 2020 Infinity was 40.00 each. and they could not help with installation. I immediately call the Autozone store on S. Main, Englwood, OH. The attendant, named Keeton Longstett, was more than accommodating , Very professional, informative in providing various pricing options and wasted no time in assisting with installation. “My alternator gave out as I was driving thru New Lebanon on my way home, another 25 minutes away. I managed to pull into O'Reilly's and Mike went out of his way to help me test 2 batteries, gave me a boost charge so I could make it home, and helped take out and replace the battery in my car. Having had my hands in the works I asked if I could wash my hands and as I turned to walk inside, another young employee was already walking toward me with a cleaning wipe and some dry towels. That's what I call taking care of the customer. And, yes, I ordered my new alternator from O'Reilly's as soon as I got home. Thank you both for helping me out. You went out of your way and I really appreciated that.”
