Stopped at a Bellstores location in Findlay Ohio today.. hands down the best I’ve ever been treated in a gas station or convenience store. The employees were kind, happy, helpful and overall exerted the exact customer service that the world needs more of.

Always have had good service and the staff always very friendly. Here’s my problem, on Feb. 24th I bought gas at the BellStore location on Market & Easton St., at that time I also purchased a car wash for $ 13.
Last week they started tearing in down! Apparently for a nicer place, that’s great
Question is what do I do with the wash code on my receipt? Can’t use it at another location.
I’ve tried contacting the company, but to no avail
How many more customers will be affected by this.
This should have be announced and plans made to accommodate this.
Hope someone from the company sees this and responds….

Brewster location has some very rude, disgruntled employees working there. The male who wishes to me a female is the worst. He bullies his customers if they don't address him as "ma'am". Called corporate multiple times about it. Apparently they are standing behind the employee. To heck with your customer base, right? Maybe scared to get a lawsuit if they terminate HIM for his attitude towards the customers. I don't know but I will not return until he is gone. I will continue to make complaints until he is reprimanded or terminated. I have no problem with the LGBTQ folks. I have a problem when a person bullies over it though.

they close their doors at night expect you to know what you want through a window not to mention I am a female truck driver and can not use their rest rooms during night hours while parked their to sleep they have lost my business due to not truck driver friendly...

They lie on employees I have 3 different reasons documented that I was fired. So I filed for unemployment cause it was a wrongful termination. When I kept denying their claims they then blocked me from my employee portal so I could no longer access the things they were saying. I also have 2 sexual harassment claims that were never even filed due to the manager (who never comes in always late or just leaves) she never reported them or filed. The manager also had fired someone

Stopped at 1215 W Main Cross St, Findlay, OH halfway through a trip to see family in Michigan. Everything was neat & clean and I cannot stress enough how lovely & welcoming Christian was! He was absolutely delightful to chat with during checkout & we heard him talking to every customer in a polite & upbeat manner. Loved it!
