Made an appointment for 3 took over 2 hours long, looked back there and there's just people standing and chit chating not to mention cars were being worked on before mine and I made an oppointment. If I would've known this I would have just had a couple buddies help me. Worst place to go I do NOT recommend

Went to go get 2 new tires put on car. When arrived around 4 pm there were no cars in the auto parking lot, doors were locked, no note or closed sign on door. The hours specifically stated they was open til 7pm but they wasn't. Was very disappointed and had to go somewhere else to get tires.

DO NOT let them touch your car.I took my Q50 in for a simple tire replacement and it ended horribly. First they didn't give me the tires I asked for. Then, after picking my car up I noticed my tires were overinflated by about 7psi per tire. Then I started getting symptoms of bad rotors. And I had just replaced my rotors and pads about 2 weeks prior to this service. About a week after getting brand new tires. So I went to change my rotors AGAIN and the lug nuts were WAY over tightened. Walmart, to their credit, reimbursed me for 10 new lug nuts. Half of the lugs were stripped as well. A few months later I took my car in for an alignment and tire balance as I could not get the vibration to stop and they said "whoever did your tire replacement didn't remove the old weights and just added new ones." All of my tires were between 3.5-5oz out of balance. For reference, typically people that need are-balance only have about 1-2oz tire unbalance. Overtightening lugs and poor tire balance can destroy your rotors. So you can bet I'm going to try and get reimbursed for the cost of the now $1000 in pads and rotors I've bought in the past 6 months. Let's see what Walmart does. If they reimburse me I will update this review.

Do NOT waste your time here!!! I came 2 hours before their "close time" for an oil change and waited for 10 minutes while staff ignored me to chat with customers. After the wait, I was told that they'll get a hold of another guy to assist me. Took them a few more minutes to have the guy say they're closed? I see cars IN THE GARAGE BAY! Lazy, unprofessional, and judging from the other reviews, incompetent and bad at their jobs in general.

Gone here multiple times. Sometimes you get great service, other times they tell you till be an hour and a half until they see your vehicle, but then it gets done 15 minutes before they said they'd even look at it, write down the wrong phone number to reach you, and then not call for you over the speakers. True story. Guy said he thought about calling me over the speaker when he realized he had the wrong phone number, but then his sentence stopped and he just stared at me. So, that was interesting

They didn't have the oil filter for my vehicle. Didn't know when they would get it. Would have been nice if they would have offered to call me when it came in .

Short staffed, they called to reschedule twice due to lack of staff then took forever to service my vehicle. I hate going here but limited other options.

I purchased 4 tires at Washington court house because circleville store didn’t have any in stock . And asked if I could have them mounted at circleville store after I picked up the rims I was told I could with no problem. Well the worker at circleville store said he would not mount them unless I had a appointment and the earliest was Wednesday and today is Saturday. Not to mention their shop had not 1 customer in there. They had time but was lazy and didn’t want to do it. Poor customers service
