Overall my experience was as good as it could be buying a new phone. Only thing that kinda makes it not a 5 star experience was I was told with the new iPhone 15 you couldn’t use your old blocks and I would have to purchase a new one to be able to charge my phone . Well when I got home it seems I can use my old block just not the old cords. So either the seller was just using my ignorance to his advantage to get more Accessories sold or was confused.

It was a very efficient and friendly experience getting an upgrade on my new IPhone. The entire staff seemed to know what to do and kept the customers moving forward. ?

The gentlemen that helped us out was phenomenal! We’ve literally worked with tech support for weeks & weeks & all they kept telling us was to “reset the phone often & iPhones were stubborn and would eventually fix itself!” Once we thought the phone into this location, we were there maybe 5 min before he knew exactly what was wrong with it! He was able to get into our account and fix it without any other issues. We will for sure be returning to this store for anything needed through Verizon, even with it being a 30 min drive!

Hunter Wellington always exceeds my expectations! I follow him from store to store because he is thorough, extremely knowledgable and I trust him. He takes the time to explain things and never makes me feel rushed, He is an asset to Verizon and I wouldn’t be a long time customer if it weren’t for him!
