I looked on line when I was in the area. The price on line was 79. The rate when walking in was 86. The room was not clean. The pillows offered were flat and only 2 per bed. In my experience not coman practice among hotels. The clerk that checked me in was kind and knowledgeable. I have stayed in cheaper motels that offered clean rooms. I will never return to this place. It is in desperate need of cleaning. The office where I checked in was even cluttered. That should of been my clue to walk over to the next hotel. Please see attached photos of the dirty rooms.

Zero stars, the room was dirty and there was a hole in the wall. The bed sheets had cigarette marks on them. The walls were filthy. Screws in the walls.

The room was dirty. Joles in walls. No remote for TV. Had to call and ask for it. No coffee machine. Blood on sheets slept on top of blankets. MD at counter st check in was wearing a Jack Daniel's shirt.

The place is well located it's the only good thing it has 😂 there are bedbugs and the rooms are very dirty don't even ask for the beds I had to buy products to clean myself and pillows and everything

This place is an absolute POS. The floor was caving in and they wouldn't change the room. Also a hour before checking out the owner came and just walked in our room with no knock, asking us when we are leaving. We literally was still in bed. A total invasion of privacy. We got up and started getting ready and 15 minutes before checking out, he busted in the room again without knocking. This place was unclean, the bed sucked, lights didn't work and the invasion of privacy on top of it.... Stay completely away from this place. 🦈💙

I recently stayed at a Choice hotel, and I was very displeased with my experience. The room I was given was not clean at all. There were cracks on the floor, and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned properly , which was very upsetting. The sheets on the bed also had stains, and that made me feel uncomfortable. This made me feel like the hotel did not care about its guests' comfort and health. I expected a certain level of cleanliness when I booked my stay, but this was not what I received. The staff was polite and tried to help, but the condition of the hotel was too poor. I really hoped for a nice place to rest, but instead, I felt disappointed and unhappy. For a hotel chain that is known for its quality, this was a disappointing experience. I hope they will take steps to improve their cleanliness, as it is very important for guests.

Over priced!!! Mattress sucks! Pillows suck!
They give you a thin paper napkin called a blanket! To rent a room for a week its 400$ but if you rent by the day... 100$! These people have lost their mind and are just greedy money hungry! The rooms suck horribly

The reviews for this place are not fair what so ever. It seems like a lot of people were misguided through their booking apps and not by this hotel itself. This hotel is extremely nice for the cost, we paid about 60$ a night for our stay in Ohio me and my boyfriend came up for sonic temple. We stayed for about a week. My only qualm is that I booked a smoking room and ended up with a non smoking room, this is no big deal however it’s may and nice outside. We weren’t able to find anything closer to Columbus in our price range and this little spot saved us! The house keeping team is always timely and quick with their jobs while staying diligent. The fridge and the tv were in fact not broken, the staff was all extremely pleasant not very talkative but kind and helpful. I did not have any unwanted pests in our room like the reviews said. The building is a bit dated but this 2 star hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. Thank you for your hospitality!
